It is the worst place in Macdonalds that I have ever been to. The service is terrible. The lady who serves is very racist and also very rude. I really do not recommend it. It is preferable to drive 5 more minutes than to have a bad time!!

I received my bag of food and when I arrived home realized some food was missing. I went back only because it was my 4 year old daughter’s food missing. The crew member respectfully heard me out and proceeded to her manager to address the issue. The manager approached and says she remembers the order Then goes on to SAY SHE ATE THE FOOD IN SPANISH !!!!!!! TO THE CREW MEMBER. I MY SELF AM AFRO-LATINA and really disliked the way she tried to come at me. If it wasn’t for it being my daughter’s food I wouldn’t have even bothered on coming back. SO LONG won’t be coming to the MCDONALDS again.

The manager refused us cookies. that we already paid They refused us customer service the manager especially? They were being loud and arrogant. He said quote on quote “you guys are Muslims get out of my drive through”His eyes were bloodshot red I think he was on something or drunk due to him being so irritable. We ordered food but he didn't give it to us and took the money out of our accounts.It is concerning that the manager appeared to be under the influence of something, as this can greatly impact their ability to perform their job effectively and professionally. Additionally, taking money without providing the food ordered is completely unethical.

Inhumane practices, there is no restroom and they cut down all the foilage so you can't pee on the side of the building. The wait was ridiculous and as someone paying billion dollar companies. It's pretty pathetic mcdonalds can't afford such

Abysmal drive through service. Cars not moving for 5-10 mins at a time. The food, when you eventually get it, is lukewarm at best. I genuinely don't think anybody at this place cares. Taco Bell across the road is better, and there is a far superior McDonald's at Hennnepin and Lagoon, just a couple miles down the way. Don't spend your money here, there are far better choices available.
