(1.) Have the employees wear gloves.

Not only did my sandwich have a bite missing from it, I wasted a lunch break, got blown off by the manager, and still haven't received a refund or a call back from customer service.
Next phone call will be to the Health Department.
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to get a McChicken and a large fry. Finally got it, was filled with excitement, took the first bite of the McChicken.... and gagged. It had the nastiest metallic undertone and tasted like old fryer grease that someone had just dumped several pounds of tuna into. I really wish I was exaggerating. It was absolutely disgusting.
