Stoped at this location to redeem my points and order a burger. Used the mobile code to redeem my points for a large frappe. When I got to the window I was charged for the frappe didn’t realized but the the clerk did. So he was like let me get my manager to see why it didn’t take your points. (Very nice about the situation) ……Manager came “Terrance” VERY RUDE about the situation. Kept repeating I had already used the code. No I have not !!!! I’m not trying to still no frappe. I was going to move on and pay the item but his attitude I asked to cancel my order. When I asked to cancel the order he rudely shut the window and started to mumble things.

I visited the Highland McDonalds on W 7th Street and Madison Ave in St Paul. Service needs improvement. Food was actually fresh this time. It would be really nice if they made good on the meal they owe me. ?
