Customer service is awful especially in communication and employee using F word while giving him my online order code is a no. The employee on 12/07/2025 at 19:30 to 19:45 pm taking orders should not be dealing with customers directly because of his use of foul language.

I went to get breakfast this morning. I placed it on the kiosk which was super easy. Once I recieved my order I headed out, minutes later as I'm in my car leaving I realize I was missing an item. I called 5 times to the location so I could either get a refund or come back another time, I got no answer. Super disappointed because this Mcdonald's is usally very good at keeping a good track record with customers. My sandwich wasn't worth 100$ but it's inconvenient to have to always check your bag to see if you have all your items, especially when you trust the location.

I ordered ahead for breakfast. When I got there I was told that my order was received, but they will not be making it because I ordered right before lunch. They told me to cancel my order. I called another store (accidentally because this store's number doesn't work) and I was told that they still could have, should have even, made my food.

I was bill twice for my order instead of charging me two dollars extra she charge me twice I try to explain and they still sat there an arguing instead of fixing the situation and holding up the line.

The Hispanic woman that was there was very rude, she started yelling at the customers “you need to use the kiosk” I can’t get no one, then 2 minutes later she rings some one up with cash.
Also was very mean with an elderly man who needed help with the kiosk, then yells at him when he didn’t know how to complete the order.
In all my years of coming in contact with rude workers, this by far was the worst, she kept sighing every 5 seconds and running back and forth then one minute later laughing in Spanish with her co-workers. I will never stop here again, well at this location anyway.

They have the uncanny ability to make an iced coffee taste the same multiple times for days in a row. I pass the Hiawatha mcds just to go to this one.

They forgot my monopoly pieces twice in 3 visits! Then they act annoyed when I have to ask them if they remembered them this time. Besides that they're pretty average. Sometimes you get food that you can tell has been sitting for too long. Sometimes it's really good.

as I was eating my delicious apple pie, I felt something in my mouth that didn’t seem right. I stopped eating, went in my mouth, only to see a finger nail. now idk if this is a fingernail or not but it does look so familiar. MCDONALDS LAKE STREET, YALL BETTER COUNT YALL DAYS!!! I LITERALLY ALMOST SWALLOWED THIS! I don’t know if anyone is using gloves or not, But not using your gloves is disgustingly unsanitary and nasty. Use your gloves and wash your hands properly. Because the next time I find a fingernail in my apple pie, I am going to report this to health department
They'll always receive a 5 star review for Clara working there. She is nice smart clean hardworking and has the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen Wish I was younger.
