This is my go to McDonald's. They have online orders. They have two kiosks in the store and a checkout counter so ording is always a breeze. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. The app always has good deals. They keep the store pretty clean considering the traffic they get. Seating is nice. They have public bathrooms. And I've yet to have my order messed up here which is amazing.

I don’t know why this location only has a 3.5 I’ve never had a bad experience here, granted I’ve only used the drive through. But the drive through has been super-fast, accurate and the food has been perfect. My chicken sandwich today was dead-on, veggies were fresh and the chicken wasn’t over-done and was juicy.

Despite the gun shot wounds on the light up drive thru ordering menu (several), the service was great, food was hot and tasted normal. The service was prompt and the employees were smiling!! Go Northside Mcdonald's!
