So far every time I've used curbside pickups via the app, all have had missing or wrong items.
On the latest visit, the employee handed me the bag, I pointed out a missing item. She made eye contact, turned, and walked away without a word. I called after her multiple times; she ignored me and disappeared inside. Had to go inside and talk to someone else to fix it.
What a hassle.
I totally understand, mistakes happen. But when it's every time, and the employees make it difficult to resolve the mistakes, I'm out.

We ordered ahead to pickup breakfast before going to the airport. When we got there they didn't ask for our code just told us to pull around. We waited almost 10 minutes, decided to cancel our order and leave as there were 3 cars in front of us that hadn't moved.
Previously, we've ordered ahead to pickup inside and they gave our food to someone else and hadn't checked the code. They did apologize and remade our food but overall, I would avoid this location if you're in a rush.

Disrespectful and inconsiderate staff member. My boyfriend made his order, after he got his food he was checking the bag to make sure everything was in the bag, turns out he ordered his meal and wanted extra onion one of the staff member went and got the onion and a man who looks like the supervisor or manager I’m not sure; came up to us told us to make sure we tell them want we want because now we are holding up there line as if our wants or needs are not important and yes we make sure to order what we want and this staff they DO NOT LISTEN! He is very disrespectful, mean and inconsiderate, we left and still had to drive back because other items were missing. These people need to learn customer service not only giving people food. If as a person you’re having a bad day just one sentence can make it worst.

I will NEVER be back to this location. I got food poisoning.
I just wish they gave the normal box of fries. They instead give it in a bag. You end up with less fries for the same price compared to other McDonald's in the area.

This place can be hit or miss on the food. Highly recommend going during busy times or you might get something that's been sitting awhile. Staff is always pleasant and efficient.
I don't go very often but have never received a wrong order.

Disorganized, unclean establishment. Waited in there while my order was ready a man walked in front of me conversating with an employee when she should’ve been doing her job. She went and gave him his order which was done way after my uber order that was waiting right there. Zero stars.

As McDonald’s restaurants go, this is a good one. It’s clean and service is fast. Occasionally the drive thru gets slow.

Terrible service, they don't speak English. They screw your orders up. The food is cold. I recommend not going to this place. There's 2 more around the corner. Go there, but this McDonald's needs new management and new employees that can understand what the customer is ordering.

Always messing up the order, when it's literally spelled out in front of you. There is no point and even ordering through the app. I guarantee it's going to get messed up somewhere between giving them your order number and walking away with a product you THOUGHT you ordered.
