The person behind the counter was one of the nicest employees I have seen in a long time at a McDonald's location. Great service and food was fresh. This location is one of the more eco friendly locations and I found that different. Will be returning again.

After 9 hours at a nearby er all you want is for them to get your simple order correct. Which didn’t happen. Ordered a burger extra onions and extra ketchup and received a burger with no onions and hardly any ketchup. I corrected the drive through Hispanic male three times until the screen was correct so why didn’t that order end up in my bag? Of course they were closed by the time we got home. I left a voicemail and will be calling Amex to contest the charge. Terrible service.

Service was substandard with the staff as we’re waiting at the table, they left the food for pick up. After a long wait the response of the service staff lady was disgustingly without soda cups and straws for shake. The place was enough dirty to a spot of homeless wanderers.

Ordered a large gave me a medium. It was the quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and my patty was flattened down and so overcooked it tasted like rubber. Obviously don’t expect restaurant quality but c’mon for $13.66 you could’ve d at least cooked the patty right… I didn’t notice till I got home otherwise I would’ve just gotten a refund. I just threw it straight into the garbage. The lemonade dispenser also needs to be cleaned, there was black stuff floating around in it.

This is McDonalds, so obviously I’m rating it in the perspective of solely being basic fast food. This is the one I go to regularly. Have never had an issue. I’ve ordered through the app, sat inside, all of it. It’s always been clean when I’ve been in it and the drive thru is always an appropriate amount of time/frequently quick. This is a good McDonald’s!
I got off work at 6:30am wanted a quick breakfast sandwich and placed order on my mobile app. When I arrived I sat at the menu with no response for around 3 minutes; there was a car behind me already. After hearing nothing for so long I pull up to the 1st window. There is a manager in the office working, they make eye contact with me after I saw there for a minute. They failed to do anything for me 5 minutes. The behind me at the speaker eventually left cause they couldn't wait anymore. Two other employees walked past without greeting me. It felt completely awful to be completely ignored while the manager just sat in the office and ignored me. When 3rd different employee came to help they rushed me on my way without letting me say how no one answered me at the speaker. My sandwich was luke warm when I received it and burnt all around the buns. I frequent mcdonalds often but I will not be returning to this location.

This location is horrible. The drive-thru during my experience was horribly slow, even though it was the middle of the afternoon. I ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese. They messed up the order twice. On the third time, I finally demanded a refund. No apology, a definite sign of terrible management that does not train their employees properly.

Either it's cold, stale, incorrect, looks absolutely a mess with ketchup, the patty is dry or I'm always missing my sauce. I worked at a McDonald's before and the person that is handing me my food at the window needs to be double checking bags and making sure sauces are included. Not everyone likes to eat dry nuggets. Don't even get me started on how I always tend to get ones that have tendons inside of them. Disgusting.
