I ordered a large Carmel Frappe with extra Carmel in the drive thru. Manager bought my order to the vehicle because I had to park just for a drink first problem. Second long story short the manager with a head set bought my order out to my vehicle I told him I ordered extra Carmel he said I didn't hear that ok, well how can we fix this. He said I have a regular Carmel Frappe handed it to me walked away.wow and your a manager what happened to customer service, is Chick-fil-A the only fast food restaurant that has exceptional customer service and is not bios ?. Get it together these new Manager's at McDonald's, there not training you guys on customer service and the importance of executing exceptional customer service. If I could give you a zero I would.

My roommate and I went to this McDonald's drive-through about a week ago. We had an app deal for "any size fries for $1." Of course, we asked for the large fries. After driving away, we realized they gave us a small fries. Disappointing.

Ordered for pickup at curbside. Waited over 20 min at curb, pulled around to ask where my food was waited another 20 min in the drive thru line because the lanes were not plowed enough for me to go around the cars. This place is the worst. It is sad that this is the only food place on this side of town. Fires are cold.

This was not like a normal McDonald's. The workers were preoccupied, the service was very slow. Every drive-though car had to pull ahead and wait. There were 8 cars waiting. Then when the food was brought out, the worker walked to each car asking if it was their food. When we got our food, it was cold. Not very McDonald's like.
Food was fine but they refuse to table serve you even when you grab a table tent and choose "for here" on the kiosk. The place was also home to many fruit fly insect things that would dive bomb your meal as you ate. The place just smells dirty when you walk in.

Don’t go to this restaurant at all. You place a mobile order for drive thru and they still have you pull over to curbside. Then they don’t put all your food in the bag and refused to give you your money back over the phone although they have the credit card and money on file. Orlando the manager was nice, but hard to understand as English is limited but he refused to give me my money over the phone. I don’t care about store policy. It’s an inconvenience to me and I was traveling as this McDonald’s is 10 miles away from my home. I’ll spend more money on gas then I would receive back for my refund!!!! I hate lazy customer service.
