Took our winter break youth program to Memory Lanes for the 3rd year and they never disappoint with a fun time for everyone. The bowling staff and wait staff were on point with working with our group of over 30 kiddos and chaperones. What a wonderfully welcoming and inclusive place. The kids asked to go back during spring break.

Bowled twice last week. First time was fine on Sunday. Second time, however, on Friday was not great.

Decided to have my birthday here with some friends, so got there early to get lanes and wait for them. We checked in and paid with a young guy and he said the timer for the hourly bowling starts when you put your names in the machine. We paid over $90 for two lanes and two pairs of shoes (bowling has gotten expensive). We waited probably 45min until everyone was there and we could put names in. We started bowling and after two rounds for everyone, it said the time was up...

We went up to the desk to ask for clarification as it seemed to be a glitch and we spoke to a lady this time. She said bowling starts 10min after you pay and we were basically out of luck. This is not what we were told, we told her, and she was very rude and seemed very annoyed. We said we paid over $90 for this. She said she could add 20min. We said we paid for an hour. She didn't want to budge. We asked to speak to the guy we talked to and she said she didn't know where he was. Not helpful. We asked to speak to a manager. She said she could add 30min. Still not great because we paid for an hour, but we begrudgingly agreed. Then the young guy we talked to came out and we spoke with him. He was nice and actually helpful and said he would add the full hour back on. He went over the the cashier and asked her to add an hour. She was very rude to him and said she couldn't and that she added 30min. There seemed to be some sort of issue between them idk, but he came back and said he'd add an hour after she was gone. Thankful for him and his actual good customer service. I've never had such poor customer service from someone like her before. I used to work customer service in multiple jobs and this is not how your treat customers who have an issue from miscommunication of staff. They need to get their staff on the same page about the rules and about how to treat their customers. This was an expensive night for us and this ruined the mood of my birthday. My friend went up later too and overheard someone else having the same issue with the same person, so it wasn't just us.

On a positive note, the wait staff was great and the food was good. Doubt I'll be coming here again, though.

Love when they have bands play on the lanes stage! What a lovely place! I've been going there for over a decade! Even a couple times when it was still Stardust.

Went to the restaurant, pretty pricey for a bowling alley. Service was incredibly slow.
Cheese curds could have been really good but unfortunately were undercooked so the batter was still raw on the inside and some were cold in the center and severely stuck together.
Bowling was decent for 32 bucks for 2 games.

average bowling alley overpriced by the game. What happened to taking your time and enjoying bowling? Now you pay by the hour and it's no longer relaxing and enjoyable. Probably the reason it was almost completely empty.

For a fun and nostalgic evening, Memory Lane Bowling is the ideal spot! In summary, if you’re looking for strikes and spares along with a hint of nostalgia, don’t miss out on Memory Lane Bowling!

It was great a lil pricey but it definitely brought back memories from when I was a kid

Always too hot, ridiculously so. Not the greatest beer selection.

Bowled Saturday mornings with the Blind and Disabled League as a helper. The people who run the lanes donate the lane time and bowling shoes for the teams. They are fantastic folks. This is a genuine, authentic, old time bowling alley. The staff is wonderful.

Very nice bowling alley that will bring drinks to your table. Also, is wheelchairs accessible. Bowling on Saturday is not inexpensive at $30/hr, but nothing is cheap these days.
