Food is great- cocktails are great and the room/location are beautiful! Staff is kind and attentive. The food and drinks are a little pricey for brunch. I encourage the powers that be to generate a few cocktail options that are $14 or less, put the coffee in bigger cups/ provide more of it, and to add a piece of toast to the mushroom/gruyere omelet order.

We were there on a sunny cool day & it was sweltering in the restaurant. Despite having a confirmed reservation for 3, they seated up at a tiny table for 2 & added a 3rd chair which made things very crowded. The omelet was amazing; the steak & frites w/ eggs was beautiful (the eggs were perfect; we ordered medium rare steak & it had no pick but was still delicious); the curried mustard w/ the fries was very tasty! The beef tartare was OK. The drinks were really interesting & tasty; they do have draft beer altho' it is not in the menu.

We arrived on a Wednesday which we did not know in advance has a extremely limited dinner menu. The dining room was colder than chilly and the air moving fast enough to waggle the Leafs on the flowers. The music was a pulsing bass beat from some RAP song. It wasn't loud enough to hear the actual music, but the constant thumping was annoying. We moved into the bar area, much more comfortable seats, less noise, dim lighting. We ordered one drink apiece and some pomme frites, paid the bill and left to find a seafood restaurant. It was also confusing to get to because after normal business hours there is no way to get in from the skyway level. Overpriced in general. 50 years ago I worked at the stock brokerage firm that owned the building then and so wanted to enjoy the art deco architecture and ambiance, I won't be back.

Awesome spot for a Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and fancy. I will definitely go back. Everything was clean. People were friendly. Beautiful ambience can't wait to go in the summer.

Literally loved the vibe, food and everyone's service? they all seemed stressed as heck but were still running around doing their job and I just wanna say thank you guys for all that u do??

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I had a great time celebrating my birthday. We were outside in the igloo, it was an amazing experience. Our waitress was great. She did not miss a beat.

Food was incredible. View and ambiance was very nice. 110% recommend coming here at least once in your life. The wagyu was the best steak I've ever had in my whole life and I can't recommend it enough. It might be slightly on the more expensive side but I would gladly pay the price again to have that experience.

This place got it going on! Absolutely beautiful inside. Friendly staff, the food was amazing 10/10 amazing and the food came out super fast. No long wait times. I'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

First time here. Overall, really good. We had the Pommes Anna, the Aligote, and the Burrata appetizers. The mussels, the roast chicken and the risotto for mains. Food was good. Service quite attentive and personal, but not intrusive. Strange thing. The chairs were very high, and rather uncomfortable. The pink neon was also distracting and unnecessary. Didn't really understand a short rib entree for $115 either. It was so out of the realm of reality in terms of price. Dessert was the Chamomile creme brûlée and the Pot au creme type mousse. Both excellent. Thanks for a great time. Wine list was very limited, cocktails we had were good.

We enjoyed a great dinner here on Saturday night. We shared the aligot potatoes. I had the scallops and my husband had the duck l'orange. We had the chocolate soufflé for dessert. Very enjoyable ?

It was my first time visiting the restaurant. Maybe it was an off night so I won't be overly harsh. They may be understaffed so the service was slow. The food was fine, the atmosphere was good. The ceiling is clear so you can see the lighted buildings that hang above, and that was nice. Maybe I'll give it another chance in the summer when hopefully it will be better.

A little disappointed that they were out of the special cocktail listed on the menu... And a bit taken aback by the fact he said they were out of the batch they use and not specifically the ingredients... I have to wonder if they had all the stuff just only know how to batch make it? This was at like 9pm on a Saturday...The place itself was cool, nice decor, service was fine, but we really went for that one drink and they were 'out'.

I went to Blondette on a Tuesday night with a normal dinner time reservation. It was DEAD. I mean, we're talking me and two other diners the whole time I was there. When you have a restaurant that is nearly empty, you expect to get great and attentive service. NOT the case. It took at least 10 minutes for me to be greeted by my server. Cocktail I ordered right out the gate came 20 minutes later, after my appetizer that I ordered arrived. I ordered a burger without fries for my entree, and got fries brought anyway (that were an $8 upcharge). When my ticket came to me, it got rung up incorrectly as a $0 charge and I told my server, who was grateful but didn't apologize for the extra wait time or error. Now, the good- the food was WONDERFUL. I got the oysters and the burger, which were both phenomenal (fries, average). The cocktail I got (the La Vedette) was perfectly prepared and came with a fun little sidecar of champagne that you could add or drink separately. Prices are steep but I was happy with the presentation and the value once I tasted everything. You're also paying for atmosphere, which it is beautiful inside. I would definitely come back to Blondette, but hope to have much better service for future visits- maybe just an off night, but you really expect to be taken care of well when the restaurant is empty.

We've been to Blondette multiple times before and return because the food is typically great and the service has always been amazing. On our most recent trip for my wife's birthday this was not the case. This experience was poor from the beginning to end. The host had no idea what was going on, our waitress was... disinterested at best and the food was marginal. The drinks came faster than normal and the kitchen team that brought out food we great but the rest was disappointing.

Excited to visit as Rand Tower is a lovely building and we officed there for many years. Had a 7:30 on Saturday and had no valet operating which not a huge deal because parking was not bad on the street. Ordered and about 15-20 minutes later were told our shareable portion main course we were planning on was not available. Not a huge menu so thought that was unusual that early on a Saturday. We were both underwhelmed by our second choices of Wagu steak and burger. We enjoyed our leek and burratta appetizers cocktails and wine. Overall we would return for a cocktail and appetizer but probably won't do dinner anytime in the near future.
