Amazing sandwiches and excellent customer service! Impressed by the employees in this store, it is always a good experience and today, they drew a “happy fish” which I thought was so sweet!

TLDR; Amazing customer service, good sandwiches, delivery available. Will be back.For first timers; Blown away by their customer service. We had never had Milio's before and we tried them twice recently because they're close to us and they deliver. The first order, they paid attention to my extra notes to cut the sandwiches in half. And when we realized we were missing 1 of the 3 cookies we ordered we gave them a quick call to just get a refund and they ended up refunding us one of the meals. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches, and when the delivery driver showed up, he mentioned that one of the sandwiches leaked out and created a huge hole in the bag and the sandwich had fallen apart a bit. He told me he'd add cookies to our order and that he was actually going to have new sandwiches made for us because "this isn't how this should be" I was floored and wish I had gotten that gentleman's name so I could give him the recognition. Delivery time is prompt, sandwiches taste great and because of their outstanding service I imagine this will be our new go to for subs! Keep up the amazing work, it's so refreshing to still have restaurants who care about their quality and service.

Came here for lunch, and ordered a turkey sandwich. I thought it was above average. Can't speak for other items on the menu. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, tasty turkey sandwich, I'd suggest giving this place a try Free Parking lot in back

We stopped here on the way right after doing some grocery shopping. Even though this was my first time here, this place was worth a stop. Even though they have parking it was not that busy, and plus right after we ordered it only took a few minutes for each of our orders. I decided on the milios classic, because not only was the picture make it look appealing, but it had different types of meats on it. Like roast beef, and a few others. They definitely did not skimp on the ingredients whether it was meat, cheese, tomatoes or even lettuce. It was pretty much the most meat I really have ever seen on any sub or sandwich in a long time. Now having this over two meals would definitely make me full each time. It would be so good to go back, especially to try yet a different sub. I mean it would also be fun to go back, since everyone who worked here was just so nice.
