It was Christmas night. We had reservations. They put us at a loud table right next to the hostess stand. Could barely hear ourselves talk. Prices are very high for the quality of the food. My walleye was not cooked and was still raw. They took it off the bill. For the cost, I would not go back

DISGUSTING. The place might look beautiful but it is rat invested. I’m surprised I haven’t seen anything about rats in any other reviews. I seen a rat right go in between the booth i was sitting and the wall. One waiter smiled while he was told. & The waiter serving us looked at us like we were crazy and moved us to a booth right next to it…. Later, while paying for our food, I noticed mouse traps behind the counter, not one but two!!!! Funny for them to have traps but yet look at us like we were crazy and making things up.

We had a quiet 7 person round table for guys night. Food was good, very quiet corner and excellent service on a Friday night. Not normally a hotel for food guy but the quiet and service was what we wanted.

We had a dinner of small bites (appetizers) before a concert. The cocktails were great but”hotel” ($$$) prices. The steak bites and flatbread were delicious. The service was attentive but not intrusive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Enjoyable!

Our server Zae B was super sweet with our kids, was super helpful and very attentive. We will definitely come back again. The food was amazing and her presence was heart warming. Highly recommended the crab cakes and steak bites.

Steak wasn't that great for the price, food didn't come out at the same time even though ordered at the same time. So had one person without a meal for over 15 minutes. Servers were great and felt bad that the kitchen put them in this situation

$5 for bitter coffee which one would normally get for free at a hotel. Should have just walked outside to the coffee shop

service took forever, multiple occasions of reiterating what we had requested or ordered. Server did not stay on top of things whatsoever dispite a very slow atmosphere. Originally ordered a medium rare steak, was served a medium well steak. They come back with the steak I posted below which is very obviously quickly flash seared on a hot hot grill, so instead of cooked it’s jsut straight raw in the center and overdone outside. At this point I’m just hungry so I accepted the steak and ate the outside portions.
Expected much much better

Had a bad experience here. No one to take our orders. When they did bring a single order of French fries, they weren’t great. 10/10 would not recommend.

Our drinks took 40 minutes to get. There were approximately 6 tables of people. So not busy at all. When I made the reservation the earliest I could get was 6:45 pm. Which I don't understand since there were hardly any people in there. After waiting 25 minutes for our drinks I went up to the bar which the bartender did not acknowledge me until I said something to him. $26 for two drinks and I had to get them myself. Our waitress came over with the drinks we ordered from her and she said oh you got your drinks. I explained to her not from you they are from the bar and we paid for these separately. She was confused. Worst service ever for the price you charge. You lack quality, elegance and ambience for sure. We will never come back

Staff was excellent and accommodating. I had a long solo dinner and my server gave me plenty of time between courses to eat and read my book. The mussels and chorizo were excellent. The onion burger was good. The only downside is with nothing between it and the hotel lobby it gets REALLY loud but nothing they can do about it.

We had a Father's Day celebration there with 7 people. We had excellent service and they were very attentive. There were 6 different meals and everyone enjoyed each meal. We sat outside and we could hear each very well. The desserts were wonderful and were large portions. We would highly recommend this place to eat.

Last Saturday, I went to have breakfast at the restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The waitress who served me, named Liana, was polite and attentive, but every time she came near the table, there was a very unpleasant odor. It was so strong that I couldn’t even finish my breakfast. While her service was professional, the smell made the experience quite uncomfortable.
