A roaster among roasters. They're doing incredibly interesting things at Misfit that I haven't seen many other roasters doing. I always have a bag of theirs in my rotation.
Best coffee in MN and hard to beat even in the continental US. I travel all over the country and always grab coffee and beans in whatever city I’m in, the only place I’ve had the better coffee was in Antigua, Guatemala.
