We recently booked the MN Nice Cream cart on behalf of Solhem for a community event at The Fred and The Finch apartments in Edina, and it was a hit! We chose the mini ice cream sandwiches, and they were the perfect dessert for residents and their guests. Brett made the booking process smooth and easy, and was always responsive and helpful. The team who staffed the cart was friendly, professional, and right on time. Highly recommend MN Nice Cream for any event. We will be inquiring again to book for another event we have coming up!

MN Nice Cream is a fantastic spot for soft serve ice cream. They have 2 vegan flavors that changes on the regular and they have standard vanilla and chocolate that are lactose free. The shop also has an affagoto on the menu if you need a caffeine pick me up. In all MN Nice Cream is great place to stop in NE MPLS.

Vegan French Silk and Banana ice cream, this place has fabulous luxury ice cream and lots of vegan toppings- the pb cookie dough was the best between the two cookie doughs in my opinion. The sprinkles and chocolate sauce do get messy but it is part of the fun, one of the few places for vegan soft serve!
