The food here is really great. I don't know how authentically Irish it is, but it's high quality and the price is reasonable for what you get, which is hard to find in the Twin Cities in 2025. They have a good drink selection and the staff is always very friendly and engaging, something that's also hard to find in the Twin Cities in 2025. Their bathrooms are clean, their event nights are fun, their bouncers aren't creepy, the seating is nicely arranged, they open the windows in the summer, I could go on and on but you should really check this place out. The only bad thing I can possibly say about this place is that the noise level can be a bit high, but you can still talk with your group easily enough.

Hosted a birthday party in The Shoppe and couldn't have been happier with the result! Clara and Kent were very helpful and ensured everything went off without a hitch. Sophie tended to my group and made sure we got everything we needed. Food and drinks were great too. I would highly recommend Morrissey's to anyone looking to host a group event in Uptown!
