Your bouncer is trying to check people's pants. Unless you want a few lawsuits I'd dial down your penis policing.. making all the women just uncomfortable to even be there. Disgusting, really.
Restroom bouncer was overtly invasive and forbid my (cis) friend from entering for "looking too manly". never coming here again, what an embarrassment🙄
The atmosphere was nice. Second time at Mortimers and I had a great time. 4 stars is because of the $15 to get into the other side with the 3 bands. Kind of lame but overall great experience. I drank a lot and ordered Buffalo wings.

Atm doesn't work, cash only to get into shows BUT this place has updated itself in a great way, I used to go here when I was younger (21+) and half was a diner, now it's a karaoke bar or a show venue and I love that. Dance floor, booths, 2 bars in the place. Pretty cool for an old local bar.

Careful !!! I passed in front of this bar to wait for the bus stop and there was a person inside the bar looking outside and taking photos of the people who were standing outside waiting for the bus. You have to be careful with what intention you take these photos !!!!

Get bartenders who can check id's or get an ID scanner. Long haired bartender denied us service for no reason. Either they failed at a basic function of their job or they dislike queer people. This place use to be chill. Now staff have a stuck up vibe.
After we left we hit up Lynlake Brewery and Bryant Lake Bowl. I'd suggest either of these nearby bars over Mortimer's for better food, service, and atmosphere.
