The Muddy Tiger Indian Food Truck came to Canterbury Park for their Father's day weekend food truck festival, and I had the Samosas from here. I thought that they were great. They had a great filling inside with flavorful spices with just a tiny bit of kick to them. They were hot and fresh. The sauce that came with them was also very flavorful and tasty. They were out of all the specialty drinks they offer. I really wanted to try one.
Great place for a quick bite of Indian food; not your traditional Indian restaurant; of course. These folks started with food truck; now have this small location \nTheir wraps are excellent; prices are good and good service
Muddy Tiger has been a food truck in the past few year that we loved visiting. They now have a brick & mortar restaurant in Edina that we visited today and it was incredible.
