This was my first time here. Parking is very limited since it’s right next to a Chinese restaurant that’s strict about parking, signs say you’ll be towed if you park there. I asked inside the café where to park, and they let me know I could use the nail spa parking since it wasn’t open, which worked out fine.
The place itself is smaller than I expected and pretty crowded. I ordered a matcha, which was plain but satisfying. I had read reviews before coming and noticed someone’s pumpkin chai looked under-filled, so I avoided that.
One con is definitely the area…there are a lot of homeless people around, which I’m not used to and it made me feel a little uncomfortable.
Overall, it was a decent spot, but I personally wouldn’t come back.

I’ve been to lots of shops, most of the American places try to mimic real chai tea but always come out bland, watered down, or overly sweet. Muhim’s cafe has the best classic chai tea. The Somali Tea is also delicious, I try to stop by most days on my way to work so I want to tell the guy who’s working to hurry or else I’ll be late lol. But the wait is always worth it. I cut him slack because he’s so nice and my kids adore him.
