Disappointing Experience
I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but my recent visit was awful. The California burger tasted old—the patty was dry, the vegetables wilted, and the bun stale. To make matters worse, I felt sick after eating it.
On top of that, the waiter handled the inside of the drink cups instead of holding them from the outside, which was very unhygienic. They’ve also changed the hot mayo sauce, and it’s nowhere near as good as before. In just a few months since my last visit, the food quality and service have gone completely downhill. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
