Authentic and succulent.
The meat was delicious and seasoned well and so juicy.
Cute mom and pop setup with so much potential.
I brought my visiting Persian in-law and having tried a longstanding Iranian establishment the night before, the Minneapolis food reputation was restored!
I hope they will continue to thrive in our food community.
Food and service were awesome, place was beautiful, full of plants. We got the Kashk bademjan (roasted eggplant dip, super flavorful) with fresh warm flatbread. Absolute 10/10, will get again - was garlicky, fresh, toasty, totally delicious. Then we got the Special Tray for 2 -- my date ate most of the lamb, I ate the chicken and we shared the beef, roasted tomatoes and saffron rice. It was a generous portion/serving and again was completely delicious - well-spiced and juicy....
Looks like a family business. Staff are nice, and polite. Service is great.

Food, however, had issues. I ordered Bakhtiyari which is a kabob with mixed chunks of beef and chicken. Chicken was somewhat cooked but beef was almost uncooked. It was impossible to chew or eat. Garlic yogurt also was not good. Rice was good, and kabob would probably have been good if cooked better.
