I work downtown so I come in here once a week. I was there today 1/20/26 (around 11:15) and I know I should get her name but I always forget. Anyways , the girl at the front of the line that scoops the rice is the kindest soul. She’s always got a smile and greets me like she’s known me for years (I’ve only been working downtown since September). She’s so happy to be there and that type of customer service is worth recognizing especially with everything going on around us! Please recognize her and know that she is such an asset. I think employees like this are hard to find and little does she know the small interaction of her greeting and scooping my rice, has several times turned my day around!

Naf Naf Grill is a great spot for fresh and flavorful Middle Eastern food. The ingredients taste clean and high‑quality, and the portions are generous for the price. The falafel is crispy, the chicken is well‑seasoned, and the pita is soft and warm — easily one of the highlights of the meal. The staff was friendly and moved the line quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well‑maintained. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few menu items could use a bit more variety in toppings and sauces, especially for people who like to customize their bowls. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and I’d definitely come back for another meal.

For a plate that cost $17 they give you about 2oz of meat, a bunch of grains and hummus and pickled veggies. It's insane to say two meat choices when you a half full scoop of each and they are rushing you so fast that she nearly put sauce all over my food before I could finish my sentence. Not worth it unless you're a vegetarian with money to waste.

Got some food here few days ago, while travelling/visiting Minneapolis. Thanks so much for great food, outstanding service and your generosity. Will save this address for next time we come to Minneapolis.

Chipotle line was too long so I decided to try Nafnaf Grill it’s middle eastern cuisine which I’m new to - I paid 17.50 for a single bowl, I tried to finish it but it’s just not appealing or appetizing the fries are good though the rice and chicken is ok 👌🏾 I would never eat NafNaf again - too expensive and really not worth it

Reliably good bowls! Great place to meet up with others to work down town.
The Moroccan sauce, spicy hummus and spicy sauce had a strong flavor. May have cried a bit.
Went around noon and had a line of about 5 minutes.

Got ourselves a shawarma bowl and it was amazing. Have variety of options to pick from. If you are lucky, falafel are sometimes free 😉

Had nothing to eat since breakfast, so passed for a quick bite. Food was just okay, maybe a 3*. Why the 1*? Because it soon became clear that this food was past its throw out time. Thanks for the food poisoning!
Not even to be mean but I work in this building and I only have been twice I was so excited to go back but as soon as I got my food and went to go get my drink the fattest rat ran pass my feet… I wouldn’t eat anything in the USbank plaza honestly especially since the chipotle is right next door they probably have rats too
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill will satisfy your Mediterranean cravings! Everything is vegan except the chicken, steak, garlic sauce, and baklava. Vegan items are clearly labeled both inside the restaurant and on the website. The pitas are baked fresh in-house daily. Outstanding falafel. This is a solid go-to restaurant for fast casual Mediterranean.
Really good Mediterranean bowls
