The food was completely unacceptable. It was not fresh at all, looked like it had been sitting in a fridge for months, and was barely warm when served. Customer service was extremely poor, with staff showing no professionalism or concern for customers. The prices were outrageous for the low-quality food, making it a total waste of money. The restaurant was dirty, misleading in its advertising, and overall a terrible experience. This place is a health hazard and deserves to be shut down permanently.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant on the 4th floor of Karmel Mall advertised a beef gyro, but after a long wait I was given something completely different. Instead of proper gyro meat, they served low-grade beef inside malawa. The establishment was unsanitary, the advertisement was misleading, and the food itself was awful. When I asked the staff to resolve the issue, they refused. I will be reporting this business to health and safety authorities.

Horrible experience. I went to the food court on the 4th floor of Karmel Mall after seeing their ad for a beef gyro. After waiting far too long, what I received was not a gyro at all but scraps of tough beef thrown into malawa (a type of crepe). The place was filthy, the advertising was misleading, and the food was inedible. When I asked them to make it right, they refused to do anything. I will be filing a complaint with health and safety inspectors.

The food so nasty and smell like Ofer left food and if I order sports they add me more chicken and I didn’t order chicken one time maybe mistake but more than that they now what they give me bad service and the food smells like bad no more to spend may money and the time
