Delicious! They have many types of brats and toppings. Their pretzels are huge, delicious, and come with pepperjack cheese. The potato salad is good, and they have multiple mustards to choose from. They also have a fully stocked bar with many beers on tap.

I hadn't had the food until recently. When I tried the huge pretzel and a chilli brat with Mac and cheese topping, I wished I would have tried it sooner. This place is a great place to have a few beers with friends on a nice afternoon. They have board games, outside tables, a great beer selection, and fantastic food. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out!

Ordered from here through DoorDash and it is quite honestly the best food I have ever ordered off of DoorDash. I am absolutely amazed by how good this food is. The Korean Short Rib burger is soooo god and the fries are delicious. That pepper jack cheese sauce though

Best place for late night food. Great atmosphere to wind down after a long weekday. They are excellent with dogs too! I miss some of their past happy hour prices and promotions but they're still an excellent value!

Best place to meet up with friends! Tim and everyone who works here are amazing! Love stopping in to chat with them as well! They are amazing for lunch/dinner as well! :) The brats are great—before New Bohemia's spicy sauerkraut, I never cared for sauerkraut, but now it's a MUST do every time I'm there.

Trivia on Thursdays is always really fun and they have a huge selection of delicious brats, as well as great beers and a few ciders on tap. They have a meal deal for a brat and a Surly which is popular with my trivia team and most other people in line when we order. Their fries are also really good.

$8 for a frozen hamburger? Never doing that again. It's only .50 more than their brats but considerably lower quality. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend the burger and the fries were over seasoned. Decent beer and atmosphere tho.

Urban Hofbrauhaus. New Bohemia is the perfect place to take a group of friends for trivia night. $3 beer deals, massive tables, and an extensive tap list take this bar to an automatic 4. As for food, I think the selection of brats are impressive and the pretzel is absolutely massive. Another reason why it's a perfect place for friends! I'd say the pretzel is big enough to split between three or four people. There are a few things I think would make the customer experience more enjoyable. Because of how massive the space is, voices and noises echo loudly enough that all you can hear are other conversations. I think adding sound cancellation padding underneath tables and seats could help dampen the noise and help customers hear each other and the trivia host better. I also think that the tap list was large enough to warrant a menu divided by types of beer rather than by brewery? Idk if that's a Minneapolis thing but the print was pretty tiny and hard to navigate for a first timer. Regardless I will be back again for trivia night!
