Nice, clean, friendly environment! The pizza was incredible. Food and play was good price. Only complaint was that the balls were pretty dated and could use updating. Had a great time!

Lanes are not good, cant slide into your your throw without buckling your knee. Need to take better care of the approach area.

Bowling is decently priced- we paid $7/person per game, and then $4 for shoe rental. Clean lanes and bathrooms! We tried their 3 soft pretzels with beer cheese and those are pretty good! 4/5 ⭐️, especially for $6! We also got a deep dish veggie pizza, and I would give that like a 3/5 ⭐️ Not worth it for me personally. The crust didn’t have much flavor- the rest of it was very good, lots of cheese, fresh toppings, I just think that there should be a little more buttery or herby vibes for a deep dish crust. We would come back for bowling and the pretzels in the future!

On 2/03/2024 at approximately 20:48 hours, my party and I were treated in such a nasty and racist way by one Server in particular; Moira. We ignored countless racial stereotypes by Moira, until the end of the night, it was time to say something. Moira was extremely rude, extremely reactive and not consistent with her work at all. When we arrived we watched this server gove GREAT service to the group that played on the lane next to Us for a few hours, and after they left, She never cleared their table mess - Instead She blamed it on Us and that was completely inappropriate and uncaused for. When we informed her She never cleaned up their mess, She snatched everything away from the table with complete disturbance or attitude. After our food came, we asked if we could have 2 pitchers, 1 with water, and the other with pink lemonade. She brings out the 2 pitchers and says, “How are you all going to pay for this”? Insinuating that the $80 amount of food already on the table was not paid for (whoch is was). Extremely offensive, extremely unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, manager Catherine came out and brushed off what I said to another employee and I don’t even know who He was or why She did it. Not even a word to me, just walked away from me and bought in the guy that was taking our food orders. This place needs new management, and I will see to that it gets done. If you are not White/Caucasion, I don’t recommend bowling here. The purpose of going out at night and enjoying your self with friends and family is to be able to do that and show kids growing up how far the world has come as far as diversity and respect - Clearly We had New Hope Bowling confused by a long shot. Won’t be bowling at New Hope Bowling Ever again. By the way, no customer service accomodations were made whatsoever - Not even an effort.Manager: CatherineServer: MoiraThey also are false advertising Chicago Style Pizza, when it tastes NOTHING like Chicago style pizza.

I had fun with my family here. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable food prices and bowling prices. Clean bathrooms. The food was good and the lanes seemed nice. Note: I am the type of bowler that rents shoes and borrows a ball so I don't know how good it would be for more serious bowlers.
