Today I decided to give this place a try, so perhaps this is a one time thing, but the service was abysmal. The one guy on the line took my order but then went and talked to the only other guy in the back for a long time. He handled all kinds of objects with the same gloves hand that he proceeded to handle my food with. He used the same tongs in the chicken that he used to get the lamb. (The lamb was cubed, dry, bland, and tough). The toppings area only had a few sets of tongs and he used the same tongs for every topping I asked for. It was already covered in other toppings the whole time. I said, "You're using the same tongs for everything??" And he just said, "No no it's ok." No, no, it wasn't. I had to pick out bits of tomatoes and other toppings from my order when I got home.
I ordered a gyro. The peta bread was tough and hard to chew. The lamb, as I said, was cubed (not sliced) and clearly had been in the warmer for a long time, making it dry and tough.
This experience was laughably awful. I will not be returning.

We came to MSP for transfer for international flight so we had to stay a hotel we order a food at 140am around that time we received the food at 301am I’m not blaming to the store as the food came late it could be delayed due delivery I’ve paid 2 food a large fries, a burger with topping, and lamp gyro with topping too let me tell you the gyro even tho it was cold it tasted really good like super good the only thing saved it was it was that good, a good balance between sauce and seasoning I added cucumber, jalapeño, lettuce, salsa Tzatziki sauce, hot sauce and had it with mango smoothie. Let me tell you again the mango smoothie was really delicious and nice I just kept wanting to keep drinking. On other hand the fries were hard to chew my little nice who’s one year old but has teeth could not even eat it more than 2 fry she couldn’t chew it. The fries looks good and the salt was good but I think due being cold it was hard to chew and we didn’t have microwave in the hotel room. Hotel name is { InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport, an IHG Hotel } its super close to airport. Anyway the burger forget about it don’t even order it. It was cold hard and not seasoned well nobody ate it { well my sister did eat half it} as for the fires we only ate couple of them rest we did not eat it. I feel like if they had good seasoning and it’s was not cold maybe it would had been better for that reason I’m not blaming them so I’m given the gyro mango smoothie and carrots cake 4.5 star as for the other 2.5 star. The soda was VIMTO and as always the VIMTO was 5 star. Thank you for feeding us 😂well no matter what we ate it and it made us full so let’s be grateful.

Compared to spots like jays jays they are horrible the wings are horrible the gyros are mid and the mozz sticks are bland horrible and spent over 100 dollars here never will come back.

Went In to grab an online order. I have an intestine disease and really needed to use the bathroom. I explained this to them. I told them that it’s illegal to turn us away when requesting restrooms. (Because they initially told me no several times.) They did hand me a key saying to me “This will be the last time.” However, there were several doors that could’ve been the restroom. They didn’t tell me or walk me to the correct one. Every last employees body language, speech, overall customer service was HORRIBLE! I’m also black & not 100% sure, if that played a part.

Love this place, use to eat it all the time when I lived in ST cloud. Dislike the street parking only because I hate city parking but it’s worth it there number 1 chicken and rice with sauces there’s nothing like it
