Noodles and Company

Food is good but the last three times I have door dashed to my job Noodles & Co have given me the wrong order. They will give me the gluten free noodles and other modifications but just cannot seem to send me the Buffalo Chicken Mac. Every single time I’ve received a different type of Mac and cheese but never the Buffalo one. I can see I am ordering it correctly on the app and even the receipt attached to the bag is correct. It’s not the end of the world but at the same time if I’m paying the extra money for door dash I want to receive the correct food.

I liked this spot, perfect area for college students to come enjoy some pasta for their dinner with some cheesy garlic bread! Staff/cashier was very polite, I went in with my 2 youngest children and there is something for all! We ordered the duo special and it was only $9.99 for pasta and salad! I would of gave it more stars if it had a little bit more of a better portion of the pasta. It was like half cup of pasta with sauce. But otherwise it was delicious!

The cashier was extremely rude when ordering and when I asked for a bag with handle , they tossed it to me and walked away , won’t ever shop here again

We went here to grab dinner and they are unable to make mac and cheese.

Horrible at responding. I was given then wrong food and tried to call and get it fixed but it took over an hour for someone to pick up the phone. It was too late for me to get a replacement and when someone finally answered they were rude.

Extremely busy at the stadium noodles and company tonight but Tony got it done even though their order system was bugging. My Mac and cheese was sufficiently cheesed and saucy which made for an overall great experience.

Came in after the game just before close. Was very busy but everyone was super professional and helped get orders through. Tony helped me and my friend get our food and he was doing a great job coordinating everything. We will be back!!
