Didn’t open the bag until I got to work and the side salad wasn’t in there. No one answered phone for a refund request so asking for it on their website. Soup was good though. Would recommend ordering a head of time as they were busy around 1230-1245 when ordering.

This location is terribly run. Orders are always inaccurate
As a customer service representative agent I am appalled and disgusted at the service over the phone etiquette that was experienced today Friday the 13th 2024 between 3-4pm. Today I called asking to speak to a manager as I previously spoke to an employee yesterday and was guided to call today.
The response was that a manager was not on site and I tried to inform them that there was a note left and they simply informed me repeatedly that no management onsite and proceeded to hang up on me. I simply was trying to ask when would be a good time to call when a manager would be on site. As I tried to call again they immediately hung up the connection. I'm sure My number calling back can be seen as possible on caller ID. Just asking a simple question over the phone and being hung up on is highly unprofessional, especially when I was informed by my previous employer yesterday to call today to speak to Val or brotto.
It was a female soft voice who answered my call. To the lady who answered I'm sorry your having a bad day maybe a bad week even.
Honey, if you don't like your job don't stay and if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen!! Just FYI your reputation will follow you into your next job good luck providing for yourself with that attitude.

For the gentleman from the night previously, he was honorable and admitted to his error. The reason he guided me to call today was due to him being unable to fix or not authorized to reimburse for the minor error. He in fact handled the call with exceptional customer service. If only you can teach your team mates the same etiquette for the food industry.

My nesting partner and I stopped here after shopping the nearby Target for something quick to take back for dinner. The individual who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared within 10 minutes or so and tasted great! I've been to other locations and had issues with the noodles being very soggy each time and was delighted to discover that wasn't the case with our order.

My wife and I ordered a Parmesan chicken Mediterranean salad, and they included no chicken at all. Also, as you can see, the bowl is only half full. Also, we didn’t get the extra dressing that we paid $2.00 for. The manager wouldn’t speak on the phone since “she was too busy, and to call back later.” Don’t waste your time at this place. $30+ down the drain.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Noodles & Company.
But this location is horrendous and l've completely lost my appetite. I usually order for either pickup or delivery. Every single time they either don't send something or send something that I didn't order. Usually it's tolerable and I just make due. But this delivery order was the worst yet.
The food was cold. That wasn't the delivery service's fault either. They were very efficient. I ordered a salad, didn't get the salad. I got macaroni I didn't order but none of the food had lids and instead had plastic wrap, so the macaroni spilled everywhere and naturally made a mess all over my table. None of the substitutes I put in for my penne Rosa were completed and when I tried to call them, they kept hanging up on me with not even a "hello" Picture included was after the macaroni mess was cleaned up. The only very small positive is the pasta my husband order was correct.
