My pregnant wife is has been craving lemonade with her pasta. I order delivery through door dash and this is the 5th time in a row that they gave me the completely wrong drink. So I literally have to leave to go buy her lemonade which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. This ridiculous!! 5 TIMES REALLY!!!! To happen that many times literally shows that you don’t give damn about customer service!!

Employee went above and beyond. It was very hot outside. I ordered food to be picked up and ate at the outdoor seating with my 2 dogs. Staff member noticed my dogs and brought 2 small bowls of water outside for my pups!

The food was incredible, however due to Staffing turnover, a new staff struggled with our orders. Advice to management to reduce staff turnover treat your employees well and you will have less turnover. Also this employee more than likely needed more training. Look like a nice gentleman.

Came in to location and placed order for Pasta Fresca asked for no spinach and to substitute broccoli because I am allergic to spinach. Got home - noticed it had no broccoli & loaded with spinach. Called location & asked to speak to manager. She said she was. I then asked for her 1st name - she refused to give me her 1st name. I said really I can’t get your 1st name. Again she refused. I said this is ridiculous- your staff give me an ingredient I’m highly allergic that specificity ask to not have and now this. She started to get aggressive and telling me they aren’t my slaves and just kept yelling at me & then hung up. I tried to call back a couple times and then went this route.

This is the 2nd time getting the spinach instead of the broccoli at this location. With the way I was treated by individuals you have in management I will no longer be a customer.

Theor bowls aren't even half full. I can see getting cheap on the chicken or steak, but noodles?

You wont get your money's worth from this location.

I what I wanted was discontinued so I was told the next best thing was the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo which I did. When I got home there wasn’t any Alfredo sauce in It was dry, the chicken was over cook, a waist of my money. I’m truly disappointed

Disappointed 😞 the food was all clearly just microwaved. No carmelization on the Japanese pan noodles or the pot stickers. Everything was mooshy and visibly not fresh. Gross. Definitely not up to standards at all. The building itself was dirty and unappealing. Ended up just taking a few bites and threw it away.

Idk what the heck is going on but lunch rush is in full swing and y'all got 1 person taking orders who is OBVIOUSLY getting overwhelmed and not one of the TWO managers in back got enough time to help her out?!? Get it together please.
