I really enjoyed the brunch! I am super picky eater and the brunch burger will have me coming back for dinner. Service was great and never had to ask for something. Definitely recommend

Great ambiance and staff!
Living nearby, I know they’re a busy place, so a cold, snowy Sunday was the perfect day to try their brunch. The food, and the minimal crowd, were delightful! I had the classic breakfast, and the sausages were the clear standout, absolutely delicious. And I can’t forget the coffee! I’ll definitely be back.

Great drinks, cozy vibes, friendly service, terrible food - at least the dishes we tried. Cacio e pepe had canned artichokes, a poached egg, and clumpy, thin egg noodles almost reminiscent of ramen. The flavors didn't go together, the noodles were stuck together in clumps, and the oil, watery artichokes, and runny egg yolk all pooled together in an unappetizing liquid in the bowl. The mortadella sandwich was a rubbery, greasy mess, something I'd expect at a dive bar where food is an afterthought. Recommend the spot for a drink and a snack, but I would tread carefully if going for a meal, they seem to be hit and miss.

Good food in a cozy environment. Wanted to try something different before a concert and wasn't disappointed.

Some restaurants/chefs just get it. This is one of them. We had the pork, pasta and carpaccio. The pork was especially remarkable. It could’ve been a little more rare, and the wine pours a little heavier, but these are small matters. I rarely give four stars, but this place deserves it. As Gary Eats says, “give it a go!”

12/6/25: we (4) had reservation here before a play at the Theater Latte Da next door. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table. Our server, Tommy V, was friendly and efficient. The foods tasted great. I really enjoyed the Polenta and Bolognese and my wife liked her Egg Florentine. The Virgin Bloody Marys were so salty and we had to send it back. It was a bit loud to have a conversation. If you’re looking for a lunch/brunch place before a play, this fits the bill. Food portions were very good for the price we paid.
2019: Good service, and I love the Corn Beef Hash version. Yum!

Quaint little joint in NE in a residential area. The bar is nice & big- looks like a good happy hour place. We sat at one of the tables up front. We had the cheese dip with crostini for our appetizer. Good flavor. We needed more bread to enjoy the whole ramekin of cheese. For dinner we had the bolognese- nice thick noodles, very filling! We also enjoyed the prime steak & the smoked pork chop. At the best I’ve ever had but still a nice meal.
Came in on a Thursday night. Drinks were fine, but the food was pretty bad. We ordered manicotti and cacio e pepe. We would have been disappointed at any price, but the fact that they’re charging nearly $30 for what we received was really insulting. The cacio e pepe was clumpy, maybe recently microwaved. It was greasy, oil collected in the bottom of the plate. And while I think the menu advertised grilled or smoky artichokes, they had just plopped canned artichokes into the pasta. I could taste the light pickling on the artichokes, which made the dish even more disconcerting. My husband had manicotti which was essentially spinach and artichoke dip over overcooked pasta. Neither of us could finish our dishes, and we are not picky eaters. Also, there was hardly anyone in there but the service was shockingly slow. Server forgot a glass of wine I ordered for so long I almost had to cancel it because we were out of time. Meanwhile I watched her scrolling on her phone behind the bar.
Edited to say that the beef carpaccio was actually really good, even though everything else was disappointing.

One of the coziest restaurants in the Twin Cities, and the food is delicious. Carpaccio is 10/10, burger is extremely underrated, drinks are top notch. Service is always friendly.

This popular local eatery has great coffee, croissants with house made jam and interesting brunch items on Sundays. I enjoyed the food, the coffee, the service and the ambiance.
