This amazing establishment provides a unique and extraordinary menu with a wide variety of pizzas. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The pizzas are mouth watering culinary masterpieces. This is a must try for anyone in the Minneapolis area.
They catered our wedding and did an amazing job! Their side/salad options are so much better than your typical pizza spot which helps the whole meal feel elevated. They pulled up their oven and made the pizzas fresh so everyone got what they wanted hot from the buffet. Received so many compliments - truly such a better option than your standard wedding chicken meal.

Woodfired, yes, but also sourdough, using whole wheat (at least, I think). Lots of seasonal and responsibly-sourced ingredients as well - including, at the time of this writing, a chanterelle pizza (a high recommend).
Super tasty. Don't expect something exactly like a Neopolitan pizza. It has that vibe, with some lovely burnishing, but also has a distinct chew, flavor, and density. I think it's a dough particularly...
