I have been looking for a loose leaf fall themed tea to get in the spirit for the season and found Northern lights tea Company online. Decided to stop in on my day off. The woman working the counter was very knowledgeable and immediately pulled a few caffeine free options for me. The blends smell very aromatic and complex. They also happen to have a caffeine free chai, which I am excited to try. She was even kind enough to give me a take-home sample of another tea blend that I was unsure about. Lovely customer service, unique tea blends. Would recommend.

Sandra Nelson offered a tea samples selection and never worked on it which I find extremely unprofessional.When I called this place and let them know about it a woman answering a phone call confirmed she was Sandra Nelson.She did not apologize,trying to find excuse that did not sound genuine.Instead of asking me where I live she chose to assume that I live outside of their shipping area.I was surprised by her ignorance and a trial to make this type of excuse as a good reason to disappear in communication.I do not recommend this bussiness due to poor communication and lack of customer service skills
Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful tea with loads of options. Prices are fair and delivery is fast. My go to place for any tea I desire!
This TEA shop is absolutely amazing. I finally found the Gaiwan I was looking for and the owner AND employee were so sweet and knowledgeable.. And the TEA is exceptional!

Everyone is incredibly nice and knows their tea! They have daily tea specials or pick from the large book of selections to have it brewed for you or take some home. If you frequent the downtown area, check out their punch cards. ❤️
Very nice staff that were considerate that I was new to tea and still kept up good chat while they packaged 8 different teas. Thank you. Very highly recommend it and I will be coming back soon.
Been buying online from Northern Lights Tea Company for over 5 years now.Excellent mail order service, and even more excellent teas! Will have to visit the store in person some day.
