The bar itself is a lot smaller than I was expecting. It's kind of long and narrow. We went for the piano karaoke and that was a joy to watch. The specialty drinks were tasty. Specifically, the pear martini and very affordable.

My blueberry mojito was good and the piano music was loud and well done (don't plan to have much of a conversation if your group is bigger than 3). All our requests got played. Someone at my table ordered a whiskey sour and it came in a smaller glass than my cocktail (pretty noticeable because the glasses were the same shape and style), but the bartender did come by to clarify some preferences for the sour to make sure the person would like it. My single, regular sized cocktail was $16. The server came around 3-4 times over 2 hours for our group of 8 - it was Saturday night and there weren't any open seats, but it wasn't wall to wall people. I really wish they had some kind of snacks available, or a food truck outside. Some of the folks at my table would have had another drink if there were food available (even if just peanuts, chips, other non-refrigerated goods that don't require cooking). The restrooms were clean and gender neutral (there are two separate single restrooms).

Rude pianist who skips songs

Pianist didn’t know a popular song so threw it away without asking me about a replacement. When I went up after the next singer to politely give and ask about a song she knew, she make rude defensive comments about why she didn’t know the previous song, then pettily proceeded to not honor the replacement song. Very unenjoyable and unprofessional experience.
