9% service charge is idiotic, just adjust your prices accordingly.Edit: I have no problem paying taxes; taxes are why the state of Minnesota doesn't suck. So you're using the service charge to avoid customers paying taxes on your product?! Didn't think that was the reason for the service charge. Tighten' up.Also, I think the vast majority of people would prefer to know the price of a $16 pizza is actually $17.44 versus not having to pay an extra 13 cents in tax. You and I both know a lot of folks don't notice the 9% service charge when they're ordering, nor could they quickly determine what it amounts to. Not necessarily saying this is your motivation, but it can trick folks into spending more by having the advertised price less than the actual price, which seems manipulative. Overall, convoluted, disingenuous and misleading. People may not have to pay as much in taxes, but you've already manipulated them into paying more than they originally thought they would.

I have tried 5 different pizzas from the menu and each have individually been fantastic. Great service from the staff and reasonable pricing for the quality of food. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: I brought my family of 5 to the restaurant and we were treated like family by the Owner. Kids said it was the best pizza they've ever had, I agreed!

Josh and the OG Zaza team are the best in the business. In the last 2 months I have purchased over 40 pizzas and the quality of every single one is top tier. I stand by this opinion: OG Zaza has the best pizza in Minneapolis, and if you haven't tried it out, you're missing out!
