Was looking forward to a cocktail and some food after traveling here for work, but, expectations are unclear on how to order at the bar - I sat down with menus in hand but wasn't asked until over an hour later, when I was the only one left seated at the bar, and that's when I was getting up to leave because I decided to give up. I have anxiety and I don't want to interrupt busy people, and was expecting to get asked at least once what I wanted to drink, and use that to also order food, but that opportunity never came.
