Everything you want in a local bike shop. Everyone is so friendly (particularly the shop dog and shop cat). They sell great bikes, do great service at a reasonable price. They're exactly the kind of place you want to survive in a market saturated by chains and big box places like Erik's, Scheel's, etc.

As a novice who fell off my brand new bicycle over five years ago, walked it home & parked it in the garage, I finally swallowed my pride and took her in for them to take a look. They couldn’t have been more kind, supportive, and honest. I’m glad they’re my neighbors
and I will recommend them over and over again. Happy peddling to me!

It was a pleasure working with Gene, Jennifer, Sam and the rest of the staff at OOBS. I had One on One process a warranty claim for me. They really advocated for me with the manufacturer and were helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend OOBS for anything related to your bike!

They recently refreshed my fork/shock on my Forbidden Druid. Affordable, up front with lead times, no surprises.

Dropped off a busted wheel, got a quick quote for a new one. I replied the next day: “Yes, please order it.” Then… nothing. Called Wednesday as soon as the internet specified the opened, left a voicemail (which, by the way, sounds like the guy recorded it seconds before walking into the sea). No response. Called again a few times before they closed—Google said they were open. Still nothing.

Finally just picked up my wheel and took it to a different shop that, you know, actually communicates. Their excuse? “We were closed.” Cool.

If you like cute shop animals and being ghosted, this is the place for you.

I've had several service experiences with this shop. All of the staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything related to bikes. They happily give advice and recommendations and their prices ate very reasonable. Plus, they have friendly pets and who could resist that?

Favorite bike shop in the cities. Everyone is super nice and approachable, and always willing to help or share knowledge. I always feel welcome here, which is often not how I feel at most other bike shops.
