Terrible service if you pay by card they charge you extra and they don't give you the money back when you go to tell them they only tell you it's in process and you never get your money

The worst customer service, especially from the OWNER! I came from Lakeville to get a cake for my mom's birthday and the writing on the cake looks like a kindergartner wrote on it. After asking the guy if they can fix it or give me a new one, the owner starts yelling from the kitchen, if he doesn't like it he can leave, don't give him anything new...what kind of service is that? A shame for an owner who does not know the value of good service. Especially if someone is paid for the serviceWorst costumer service ever especially from the OWNER!! . The freshest most drool worthy breads!! Empanadas were also delicious many flavors pineapple cream apple..next time I will definitely need to save room to try some of the cake which looked Delicious!Also the staff was super friendly and helpful.Great prices as well! Definitely worth a trip back … I may have went twice within an hour to get more breads
