small portions
Deadass I watched a guy make ONE bowl and it took him 5 minutes to do one scoop of chicken. His name is Zach please fire him he is actually going at the pace of a sloth and it’s lunch time and there’s like 100 people waiting for their food. So unacceptable.
The food portions are…. I only ate 2 pieces of the chicken before taking a photo. Not sure if they are portion controlled a lot but this is kinda crazy for portions.

Unacceptable bro. Teach your employees to have some common sense. Does this chow mein look up to standards for you. All I’m asking for is noodles with my cabbage. You guys have done this too much and I’m sick of it, also why did your portions get so much smaller in the last month? Get replaced like the chick-fil-

The whole vibe of this location pisses me off. Every other panda express has never given me this much of an off putting experience, but this place takes the cake. They will never give you a substantial amount of meat. I actually remember one time when I ordered a bowl of orange chicken and noodles, i could count the pieces of chicken on less than 2 hands? but theyll try to be slick and give you extra noodles/rice, what a joke

I am leaving the comment for P.E express at Carlson. Manager there is a pathetic loser who pick on students by ignoring orders. What he needs is a therapy, really. I am leaving the U and I hope he enjoys his menial job until he dies. Back to CMU one, I must say the portion is larger than Carlsons.

You can't order food here. You have to use a damn app. I will repeat myself. You can't order food. At a place that SERVES FOOD. How have we gotten here?

I'd recommend avoiding this place if possible. The food here is significantly worse than other Panda Express locations, and I usually like Panda Express. I don't know what it is, but the food feels like it was made from lower quality ingredients. Either that, or it was poorly cooked. Sometimes, I'll get the scraps at the bottom of the tray, and it would be really soggy, burnt, stale, or something weird. I'm not sure how it's always so crowded there during lunch hours, especially when there are other options in the food court. You do kind of get a lot for the price at least.

Chinese food
As you one can see, there is a lot going on here. Seen below is the chow mein, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and Mongolian beef. The food is usually ok at this location, but it is often understaffed sadly.
