This location is terrible. Don't go here you will be disappointed. I tried twice because my daughter loves the chicken soup. The customer service is the worst by far. Go to any other Panera its worth the drive. Its to bad this location is close to my house. I will drive alot longer to a different location to avoid this location.

I come often for a sandwhich and half the time they forget my side, I know they are supposed to double check the bag even and just so happens when they don’t check my side is always missing… like come guys, I work in food service and this is just ridiculous
Nice little breakfast snack We get a breakfast sandwich. Sausage egg and cheese on ciabata bread. I find it very delicious but expensive for what it is. 15$ for 2 sandwiches.

I stop by today and went through the drive through my order was taken at 12:17pm and my card was charged at 12:40. My order number was 1378794 didn’t mind the wait because I understand a lot of places are understaffed. I ordered a chicken bacon rancher and a green goddess Cobb salad. When I pulled up to the window they had my bag ready to go and sealed with a sticker. I get home unload my groceries and go to sit and eat and I’m missing my whole sandwich. I can not just jump back in the car and go back to the store because my toddler is sleeping. I called to speak to someone twice and was hung up on twice. Please make this right.
