I stop by today and went through the drive through my order was taken at 12:17pm and my card was charged at 12:40. My order number was 1378794 didn’t mind the wait because I understand a lot of places are understaffed. I ordered a chicken bacon rancher and a green goddess Cobb salad. When I pulled up to the window they had my bag ready to go and sealed with a sticker. I get home unload my groceries and go to sit and eat and I’m missing my whole sandwich. I can not just jump back in the car and go back to the store because my toddler is sleeping. I called to speak to someone twice and was hung up on twice. Please make this right.

Got the wrong bagel this morning, wanted Cinnamon crunch I don't know what I got cheese bagel ishhhhhh. they need to hire more morning people at this location takes sometime 15 mins to get your food

My mom took me to Panera Bread for lunch. It was really good! There was a few people there, but we got our order pretty quick. Try it, you'll like it!

Pathetic performance! One piece of bacon on a BLT!

Be Warned! If you order delivery and your order is wrong or has missing items you're out of luck! Correctly received 2 out of 3 pick2 orders. With one order, I only received my soup, chips and au jus but no sandwich. I called to have the issue resolved. There are 3 options and none are good customer care. 1)You have to go to the store to pick up your missing item. 2) They will credit your credit card for the missing item. 3) You get a voucher for the price of the missing item but you can only redeem in store or carryout. I was refunded only the price of the sandwich, was let down and still hungry. Will not use again, very disappointed!

Group of teenage boys in circle booth by drink machines had hands down pants while looking at multiple people walking in and out of the building including workers. Disgusting that managers allow this kind of behavior, seen the woman manager (older, taller) do nothing about anything going wrong. Instead she was being rude to customers, loud, and seemingly yelling at chefs making food. 0/10, needs better management

I spend about $125-$150 a week just on smoothies from this location. In the beginning they were making them incorrect so I would just throw them out, that got to be kinda of speedy so I started taking them back when they were incorrect.

The manage Trish is very rude and shouldn’t be a manager anywhere but because of her and her not knowing how to talk to people they have lost a customer.

Please note they were not all incorrect but when they were I had every right to take them back and have them remade correctly.

I have seen her yelling at other customers, if possible stay away from this place.

Extremely rude Manager. I'm not entirely sure if this was the Manager or not, but she is an older lady who is on the larger weight size. She's white and age is about 50-60s.

My family and I came to panera to eat dinner. Me and my littler sister brought chipotle while my wife and her sister bought food from panera. We ate inside together and the Manager rudely came up to us, and told us she can kick us out of the restaurant if she wanted, and that we are not allowed to bring outside food in there. We did not know this was a thing and already felt bad. However, she kept saying she can kick us out and that to hurry and leave.

We then continue to eat after being silent and shocked because of the rudeness. We did acknowledge that we understand even though we were upset by her rudeness. She then went behind us, over the counter after she just told us all of this, in a 10 second span, and said that we need to hurry up and leave after we eat. She was super RUDE and did not let us eat in peace. I finally got up, and my family just left.

The crew members were nice and friendly, but not the manager. I would hate to work for someone like her. Please panera, take action and fire her before there's more complaints. You can pull up the cameras if you'd like and see how she treated us. The date is 11/6/2024 around 5:00-6:30 when this occurred.

I’ve been here for drive-through orders and keep having something missing each time. This time I ordered the new caprese ciabatta sandwich and there was no cheese or basil even in it. This is the saddest sandwich I’ve ever received. It’s literally bread, Mayo and lettuce. :(

Missing an item in our order, order was delivered 30 past original quote time and refund was issued for half the cost of the item. Everything was cold, no one cared; customer service is dead. Pretty much some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. This isn’t the first time at this location either…on a subsequent visit an item was missing & we were told to “let someone know when we came in and they’d make sure we received a comparable item for free.” We were told a note was left with our name. No such luck. I guess I should’ve learned a lesson from the last experience ?. Disappointed.

Had the steak sandwich and ended up getting the runs and had to void my bowels immediately only to realize their stupid bathroom doors are locked behind a PASSCODE? Bro I'm sitting here dilated to a three and crowning but now I gotta get toilet permission. So stupid.

Disappointed. My husband paid $15 for a salad. When he got home, the salad was missing 2 ingredients. On top of that, it came with 3 tiny slices of chicken. We ended up driving back (because $15 is already outrageous for the price of a salad that is wrong). The manager was kind and apologetic. It's not her fault, it's the individual in the back not paying attention to what they should be making. Anywho won't be back because it's not worth it, especially at inflation prices.
