I used to order from this Papa John's back in 2023. Banger Pizza, wings, papidas, all that. Recently the pizza has been prepared very poorly.

We ordered a medium pizza and bread sticks also ordered extra dipping sauces. Food came and none of the dipping sauces. Called the store to see what happened took another 45 minutes to get 4 sauces. Absolutely unacceptable when it says right on the box how many sauces there was ordered

It was a horrible experience, the driver who delivery ate one of the slices. My 2 liter pespi never came, im disabled and I dont even know if going to get refunded on the soda or the pizza. This place is horrible never going to condone or reccond delivery or takeout. From this mistaken place. I better get my soda.

The owner needs to come in and fix the crust problem going on here. I used to work Chain pizza and the manager should be fired for allowing so many pizzas to get passed quality check at the cut table. Again, another pizza with a whole entire thumb length depth of crust, it should only be a thumb nail length. Train your pizza chefs BOH better on the makeline. Absurd how many comments with this same problem. How hasn't corporate crackdown on this establishment yet? If it's franchise, why isn't the owner upset they are running local customers away. You will have none soon at this rate. I'm done with it. Never again. -5 stars.

We ordered a LG Pizza waited over an hour late tonight after a concert weren't surprised but Door dash brought it not Papa Johns he called 2x. Tried delivering it to the back of our hotel I was standing out front and just happened to see him walking with the pizza while on the phone with him trying to figure out how to get into the very well lit front of the Hotel. Our Pizza was ice cold and now it's closed we can't even call and do anything about it. Grrr!
Haven’t ordered pizza in a long time and don’t think I will anytime soon. Even with the two medium pizza deal for 7 dollars a piece it came out to over 30 dollars, ok fine but the wrong pizza showed up. I called and let the manager know an incorrect pizza showed up. He made it right and sent out the right pizza which I greatly appreciated but it showed up stone cold and the toppings were far away from the edge making half of each piece mostly crust. I’m not a fan of the door dash drivers delivering the pizza. Seems most don’t have delivery bags to hold a pizza and the pizza gets cold or mishandled. I spent over 40 dollars with the two additional tips. I just don’t think it was worth it. Can’t see myself doing this again.

My address is considered two different addresses and two way different areas I asked the Papa John's guide to change the address and he changed the address to a completely different address that I did not say to him and because it got delivered through doordash the doordash delivery person was unwilling to deliver to the correct address. After having a conversation with doordash support they could not update the address only I could message the door Dasher and try to see if you would deliver it. Worst customer service ever. At least have the balls to answer the phone when a customer is trying to call and figure out what happened.

We had special requests for the pizza we were going to buy, they kindly fulfilled all of them. We prefer Papa Johns because it is the best pizza anyway. The pizza was ready in 5-10 minutes and delivered to us hot. We thank the employees.
