I ordered a pizza online they canceled it after a hr and when I called the manager told me the delivery guy didn't want to go that far. Plus there was no tip which I tip in person. I have kids and they were sad on top of that he followed up with saying you are not in our range which I've ordered there over 11 times. Only to call in the morning for that manager not to really care either ....

This Papa John's is a joke. I ordered a pizza online to pick up.I showed up at the time the app told me too. The attendant said it's was not ready yet. It'll be ready in another 15 minutes.I was not happy & canceled. My order. I was told by the attendant The credit should hit my card in 3 days it's been 5 days & no credit. I called the store for an explanation, got a song & dance about the my Bank. On how "I" need to call them to ask questions about my refund. I said "I place the order with Papa John's" I was told that's all they could do. Very disappointing with there lack of customer service.

Used to be our go-to pizza place. Since they've hooked up with door dash, they've become our avoid-at-all-costs pizza place. Since Papa Johns decided to use door dash, delivery times have been horrible despite what's posted as the expected delivery time. Worse - they text to say "it's on it's way," and the map shows the driver going all over town before finally arriving at our place with soggy disgusting pizzas (yes, we tip well, so no, they aren't providing bad service due to low tips). The warming bags don't help - they just lock in the steam, which makes the pizzas more soggy and rubbery. And the drivers turn the pizzas vertical when removing them from those bags, meaning the pizzas slide to the end of the box and pile up on themselves. It's a hot rubbery mess, quite literally.
