We are from our of town, our local papa johns are far better with customer service. Driver calls and says he fell so i had to walk out in the cold to retrieve our pizza that he dropped while falling out the reatruant. We have 3 hungry kids and the managaer only offered new pizzas which wont help us. Do better offer partial refund, spending $80 for this mess is unacceptable

The papa john’s employee named mike had amazing customer service and it was refreshing to see a worker be so delightful and respectful.
Delievery application was sucks, didn't show up the location of delievery man. Delievery come faster than estimated time and they cancelled it automatically when application saying it's on the way. Now I gotta wait another f damn hour.

Overpriced, unprofessional staff and delivery drivers, double whatever time frame for delivery they give u. I would definitely not recommend this location.

Really liked great customer service offered by Rana. He is active friendly and dynamic person. Cheese pizza and chicken veggie pizza was delicious and made well to my satisfaction.

Papa Johns (at least this location) has better pizza than otherfast food places. The Shaq a Roni (and the NY style) have been my favorites for fast food pizza, and with the special offers, I'd consider it a go-to pizza over even the locally owned stores. Also, there was a bug on their website where I placed an order, and it gave me an error, and placed again, got an error. However, those charges did go through. The manager called immediately to confirm to help cancel, even before I could look up their phone number. Definitely appreciate that kind of service. Hard to give it 5 stars on atmosphere.... I mean it is a Papa Johns, but definitely deserving of 5 stars on the other stuff.

They first charged my card 1-5 times cancelling and resending the money to pay. Then after that i was told i was to wait for 40minutes for my pizza and it was over 1 whole hour before i had to call back and get news that my order wasnt even in the system and that i cant get my refund worst case scenario with this place never again!!!!!

I live in an area that is not served by Papa Johns unless I order via DoorDash. I'm fine with that, but I miss out on the special offers like the $6.99 pairings deal that recently ran. The food I've had from them has been good - the stuffed crust is especially good!

Really nice staff, 6 min wait time for a pizza (not bad at all) and an extra sauce.

My partner and I had placed an order online for carryout and upon arrival asked if we could wait out the prep time inside as it was pretty cold and starting to rain. I genuinely thought we were being as polite as possible because we aren’t the type of people to give service workers sh*t, as we’ve both worked demanding jobs before and didn’t want to be any trouble. A young woman with braided dyed hair came to the door, snapped at us, rudely pointed to the “no carryouts after 10pm” sign, closed the auto-locking door behind her, and went back inside. I understand the no carryout after 10–I’m assuming the system is slogged with online orders and deliveries (as well as the night safety issue of mpls), but given that our order was already in the system and placed online and the fact that on other occasions where weather has been bad like this I was allowed to wait it out inside, I’m having trouble understanding why she was angry with us for asking and had us wait outside the empty shop for 15 minutes before proceeding to open the door and let us in to grab it. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a memorably bad experience with an employee, and I highly doubt that I’ll be visiting this location in the future despite it being the only Papa John’s on UMN campus.

I had pizza delivered to my hotel and when I went to pick it up, I was brought the wrong order and then had to wait longer to get my order. After wards, I paid for a side a ranch and that was included either.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza. Not a build your own - an actual item on the website. Shows up with no meat and spinach? Not even close to what I ordered
