This was okay not the best. The pictures made it look way better than it was. Aunt had plastic in her nachos and margarita was salt water. Nothing else. People were nice but food needed some love.

Si quieren escuchar al que pone la míºsica hablando sin parar vaya al Paraíso. If you want to hear the person who put the music talking about 70% of the time and then 30% of music and if you can hear 1 song complete you are lucky because they keep cutting it off and interrupting to talk. Also they don't know how put a variety of music. Horrible horrible

This was an alright place. The food was very tasty, they served chips with three different kinds of salsa, and you get a free shot when you check in here on Yelp! Downsides were the environment and people. The place looks a little old and run down, no one working there seems excited to be at work or welcome you in and I ran out of water frequently with out the waitress checking on me when the restaurant was empty. Overall, not a place I would reserve for a special night but if you're looking for some good Mexican food it's a good choice!
This restaurant and the server has give us the worst service I have ever had. She refused to serve us because her boss said he was going to comp our bill and even refused serving us chips and salsa. I find this offensive and insulting, because I myself am a server. No matter if the bill is being comped or not, good service will receive and even bigger tip. We are currently traveling with our band, so either way the bill would be paid and we assured her we would. Again we didn't ask for a free tab, her boss insisted since we are performing at their venue. And not to mention.. she refused to serve us individually and said we must order 3-4 big plates for the whole table of 11 people. I would never recommend this place especially as guests who are bringing business and recognition to their business.

My VERY first order with Grubhub at El Nuevo Rodeo on lake st.. and I showed up at the time the app told me to just to have them not open a single door, deny that I ever ordered, ignore me and have a security dude show up. I show him all the proof on my phone, he walks in the restaurant, says they never received anything and never made anything. got in his vehicle and left. I called GrubHub customer care and they were amazing enough to refund me and give me a $15 promo. Some first experience using a food app.

I was encouraged to come to this restaurant because it was on a tourist map outlined. There was only a few people in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes for the girl to come and take our order. There was 4 of us and none of us were happy with our meal so in short I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone
