Great food and excellent service. The atmosphere needs an overhaul specifically the lighting. tables and chairs. It's way to bright and the ceiling is too high and visually needs to be lowered with something decorative. Comes across as a big room with bright lights.

We visited this place on a Saturday around 6:30 pm and were seated right away. It is a very nice looking bar with many huge TVs ideal for sports watching. I enjoyed by grilled chicken club sandwich and the others that I went with enjoyed their food as well. My friend ordered the Mexcal Old Fashioned which she loved. The only slight complaint I have is we had to ask a couple times for my friend to get his soft drink but I think the server ended up not charging us because of the delay. I would definitely return.

Made a reservation online. Received 2 confirmations for the reservation. Got there to be told they were closed. We were sent upstairs to the rooftop where we were put on a waiting list for a table. It was so loud up there and definitely didn't have the food options I wanted. Why accept a reservation for a Sunday if you're closed????

Food was amazing and waitress was great. I’m not a food critic but just a food snob and I loved it

Parlay is in a great location if you're seeing a show, but they don't seem to staff for the rush- 25 minutes to get a drink while sitting at the bar, an hour and a half to get food (and that was with a reservation 2 hours before showtime)... The seared tuna was fantastic, but the lobster mac was basically a chewy soup.

Made a reservation last Friday before a concert at the Target Center. Great location and they weren't too busy. Spicy margarita was tasty. Ordered the salmon and chicken club. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

Service was not the best, food was not very good at all. The final tabs did not add up at all, I was told My burger would be comped half off because I got the wrong order which was 18$ and somehow the bill still came out to 15$? None of the prices added up, and took forever to even get ahold of our waitress. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Delicious food. The Smashburger with onions was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in the Twin cities. To my gluten-free people, get this: the gluten-free bun was the best GF bun I have ever had in any restaurant, no kidding. The bartender was a hoot!
Park in the park and shop ramp just around the corner and it's only 7 Bucks after 5pm.

Stopped in here before a Wolves game for brunch/lunch. Surprised it wasn’t busier. Food and service were great and it’s a quick walk to Target Center! Would definitely get the breakfast pizza again.

Walk in and try it!!
Excellent spot downtown. The food is solid. We do the Happy Hour which has 50% Off Shareables.
The Crispy Chicken Sliders are plump and tasty!
The Chicken Wings are great. Nice Rub.
The Chicken Tenders are solid. The Buffalo and the Hot Honey Sauces are good.
Sliderwise, Parlay makes some dandies!!!
I really enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Sliders with a couple pickles.
The Brisket Sliders are a good option too.
We ordered plain fries, not the truffle fries, and they needed more time in the oven.

They have Coca-Cola products. No pulltabs at the moment.

Great happy hour!! The chicken sliders were great!! The dry rub wings with a side of buffalo were quite good as well!! Good chicken tenders!! It’s a pretty quiet place and sometimes looks closed but I suggest walking in and checking it out!! A great food option before games!!

Amazing front of house staff. Out here in the thick of downtown nobody is human anymore, however the staff at parlay are very in touch with humanity. Even though closed for a private event I was given a glass of water simply because I needed it. Thank you parlay!!!!!!
