My friends and I visit Parlour regularly. We enjoy the vibes, the cocktails, the service, and of course THE BURGERS. Believe the hype. Simple yet delicious. The cocktails - you can of course order great drinks off the menu, but also, you can tell the bartender to surprise you! I enjoy the creativity. However, I’m writing a review for the service I received via phone yesterday. I recently purchased an online gift card for a friend and they unfortunately didn’t receive it. I called Parlour and they were incredibly kind and understanding. Within a few minutes, the manager called me back and they reissued the gift card in less than 30 minutes. I was prepared for follow-up phone calls and redirects to other contacts, but they made it quick and simple. It makes sense given the friendly service we’ve experienced when we dine-in. Thanks, Parlour team!

Parlour Bar holds the title of my all-time favorite spot. I've celebrated my birthday there for six straight years. They serve the ultimate burger and the finest cocktails. The ambiance is wonderful—comfortable, yet it's easy to socialize. It's perfectly situated in the heart of North Loop. And now, the cherry on top: you can order their delights through Uber Eats!

Parking in street or a very small parking lot with valet. Two flight of stairs down to get to restaurant basement level. Awesome mood lighting, very dim. Seating is limited. The isle from front of the restaurant to the back of the restaurant is very narrow and not comfortable to squeeze by everyone sitting at the bar. Service was okay, per seat yourself sign we did and waitresses was completely oblivious that we sat ourselves even though she walked past us three times. We got the burgers with fries and one of the most delicious burgers I've ever had. Very very spendy. Wouldn't say kid friendly or wheelchair accessible.

Way too overpriced. Every other bar/restaurant in NL has caught up and exceeded Parlour. Prices are way too high for average food and okay cocktails. Go to Berlin or Freehouse for better food/drink for significantly less money. $14 for a rail drink - what a joke.

Rashod, Jake, Bell and Bear were amazing, we came out on a friday night and they were the best! Next time im here I hope to see the same team! The Parlour passed the vibe check. The drinks were amazing including the margaritas!

The burger is very good and so are the fries, but holy cow it was expensive. $63 for two burgers and one side of fries? You gotta be kidding me.

Thy only place in town that would have us after gallivanting all over town with no reservation on Valentine's Day weekend! Geesh, what's a girl gotta do to be served after 10pm! Apparently head to the Parlour speakeasy. Needless to say, it was worth the headache. I've wanted to visit this place for awhile. It was the perfect wined own after seeing Black Violin Experience and Abraham Alexander! Look him up, you're welcome. Ambiance 4/5 I give a 4/5 because they don't require a password. I love a themed event, lets commit Parlour. Besides that, it was dimly lit, required a trip to the secluded basement and music was everything!!!! I'm talking 90's R&B, Tupac, Tevin Campbell, and Biggie Smalls. I was pleasantly surprised. The DJ deserved a nice tip. Seating was cozy in the back sectional and chair section. Lighting was great for phots but the cushions were kind of stiff yet teal colored velour was cute! Service 5/5 Bartender seated us right away, started us off with water, and waitress came shortly after. She was prompt, attentive and kept us in the loop if something was running behind. Ordered brownie, they threw in some Ice Cream. My kinda spot. Or was it included, hmmm. Food 5/5 Simple yet fun menu selections. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was almost bigger than my head and delicious. lol. Shared Fries with Swish Aioli sauce ($3)- beyond met our expectations. Girls ordered Falafel $13 and Brownie A la Mode: $8 - very rich and not too sweet. I'm not a desert person, it was absolutely great! Girls ordered Chill Pill: $15 Cost 5/5 Reasonable prices. Chicken sandwich $16 Brownie $8 Parlour Margarita $15 and Adios Amigos $15 Total: 65 including tip. Overall: Great experience, love a good speakeasy and they serve food beyond 10pm, that alone is worth 5/5. We ended the night with a full belly, great memories and a ticket from Minnesota's finest!

FOOD/DRINKS: I was told to go to Parlour to get their one entree item, the Parlour burger... and let me tell you, it was the best burger I have ever had. You know if a place only has one item it's going to be incredible, and it did not disappoint. The side of fries was also MASSIVE and was enough for our whole table. As far as the drinks go, we all tried something super unique and loved it!! The presentation was great, and my drink tasted like a piña colada. The "mojo dojo casa house" was also an amazing fruity drink. SERVICE: The service was great! It took a while for us to be seated because it was so busy, so be prepared to wait for a while. However the ambiance down there is so cool I didn't mind. Plus, we were able to have some drinks while we waited! AMBIANCE: Definitely a speakeasy vibe! I had no idea Parlour was underground, so it was a great surprise. Very dimly light and old school vibes. LOCATION/PARKING: If you live in North Loop, it is definitely worth it to walk there, as parking can be hard to find near this area.

Hard to find. You have to go down a set of stairs after passing Borough on the corner. A lot less spacious compared to the St. Paul location and a lot louder on a Saturday night. Food and cocktails are good but spendy. Expect to spend $15+ per drink/food item.

All I can tell you is you had to go down to dungeon flights of stairs to even get to the place then once you were there, it was jampacked to capacity with a 45 minute wait and it smelled weird It smell like wet, dog and dirty laundry, one out of 10 would not

Parlour never disappoints, the burgers are fantastic, caramelized outside, juicy inside, and a soft toasty bun. Pair that with their crispy shoe string style fries and you've created a cozy match made in heaven. The only thing I would change is that they would be open for lunch, but I get it they're protecting my lunch money.

Can’t say enough about the friendly service here. Vibes and atmosphere are great, but in my experience the personable service really made this place shine. MYSTERY COOKIE IS TO DIE FOR. I’m going back for the cookies alone! Sure, the burger is good—seriously fantastic job on getting both patties crispy without overdrying or burning them, that’s hard!—but oh man the cookies. The bowl of fries is deceptively small too, but there’s a lot of them. Really a shareable. Nice garlic seasoning. Can’t wait to come back! Definitely recommend the nighttime vibes here, great place for friends or a date, etc.
