Hours of operation are inconsistent, and there is no managerial presence. Inmates running the show, basically. Please have set hours of operation, it's fine if it changes seasonally, but not daily, and the hourly staff shouldn't be able to make this call.

Just moved to the neighborhood and Pat's Tap is practically next door. I'm not a late night person, more of a happy hour person and it's wonderful. The service is great and friendly. My bartender, Alex is friendly, warm and welcoming. I'm living in a good place!!!
