Fantastic coffee! Seasonal Nocturnal blend is my favorite and Morning Glory is my go to. I appreciate them not over roasting their beans which cause the oils in the beans to come to the surface. Doing this just makes the coffee taste bitter and burnt.
My mother loves your coffee so much she was very disappointed when they got a Keurig and couldn’t use her Birchwood coffee in the machine. After I checked your website and found the eco pods I ordered one box to have her test since Target doesn’t sell them. When she received the box she immediately opened it and smelled the fresh pods and said this is the best coffee ever. We have been ordering them now for a while and just placed a new order for more eco pods. She’s hooked...

The Black Squirrel Blend is quite possibly some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. Robust without being overwhelming. I get hints of dark chocolate and black licorice. Its very smooth, not offensively bitter, all-around great taste. Love it!
