Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I do really love coming to this place for fellowship with my friends! I only give four stars because, perhaps they were overwhelmed in the back, but it took a very long time to get our food dot-dot-dot the last time that I went there my food was a little crispy yet kind of cold, like they had just been waiting to bring it out until all of our food was ready ... But, I have been there many times and this was not the norm. So I do suggest that if you come here this is your experience, try another time! The staff is very friendly and helpful :-)

Service and food were excellent. I even got my pie before my burger, just like the commercial. Lol. I felt as tho myself and my friend were being very well taken care of. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Theres a sense of peace and humor here.

I've always loved this place. It's been a homey spot that I can always count on to get a good meal and a comfortable place to relax.

We ordered a simple ham and cheese omelet to go. You would think after all this time Perkins would pretty much have an omelet down pat. It took almost an hour before they presented us with our omelet I said it better be the best damn omelet in the world!

Like any other theatre group we got done with a performance and decided to hit up Perkins! We were a big group and we were immediately seated. The night goes on and we notice that some people have not received their food. The service leader comes out of the kitchen and quickly apologizes, saying that the cook who was supposed to help him left! He was the only one in the kitchen! He was very professional and made sure we were accommodated. The other staff members were really cool too! Incredible service! 10/10 would go again just to see those who were working the late shift 3/29!

They had a very large group come in and they were understaffed. It was late in the evening on a Friday night. Unfortunately, my food was seasoned in a quite peculiar way and too salty. The manager was nice and gracious.

I went with my friend the other night a couple of hours before closing and it was a great experience the waiter was kind and energetic despite working a graveyard shift and the night manager was constantly cleaning and making sure we were having a good time. The service was second to none!

One of the best Perkins locations I've visited. The wait staff is very happy, attentive, and professional. I always enjoy my visits.

Great service at this Perkins. Friendly and comfy atmosphere. My friend and I ordered a meal from the $5.99 happy hour special. The also offer free unlimited coffee which is great! Tip: if you're a college student I recommend going to Perkins to study, they have free WiFi, comfy booth, big tables, and outlets! It seems unusual but trust me it works!

If I could give a zero stars I would. Came in with my family of 4 for breakfast and lunch. Kids had cheeseburger and fries and chicken strips and fries everything was fine. Now we get to my wife and I food, I ordered steak with no mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and breakfast potatoes with a side of pancakes and my wife had a steak Benedict. For starters my steak was cooked with mushrooms when I asked for it not to be because of allergies and sent the plate back 1st time and they just took the mushrooms off and brought me the same plate had it sent back again and get a whole new plate and the eggs are still runny ok at this point I don't want anything. Now my wife asked for pepper jack cheese on her steak Benedict and didn't get that so her plate was sent back and brought back out with pepper jack on her hash browns in stead. So after the last time sending both our main plates back we kept the sides the manager comes out and say what can I do for you well we didn't know we needed help obviously you cook can't cook the food the way we asked. No one said the manager was coming to our table or nothing she just walks up with a nasty attitude. As my wife and I are explaining what happened she then tells us we're lying on our waiter that he didn't tell us he had the mushrooms just from the first plate that was sent back and proceeded to say he ate the food that was sent back. Our waiter started out nice and continued to get upset with us for asking our food to be cooked the way we wanted. They need to learn better customer service in this location and the cook needs to learn to cook food the way the customers wanted. I will not bring my family back here.

The steak and cheese scramble is a hearty meal for an active appetite.

About as average as average gets. You been to one you been to all. They do a nice job of friendly customer service but a big chain feel and taste all the same.

I always love Perkins. The menu is absolutely full of delicious food. We came in with a large group on New Years Day, and were seated within half an hour.

got food poisoning twice there. second time my food came frozen so i know the food is not fresh stick to the breakfast menu if you wanna not get food poisoning staff is awesome though.

The food was delicious, as always. The server we had was phenomenal, especially considering she was working on Christmas Eve. We brought home an apple pie, and it was tasty! Always recommend Perkins.
