Excellent service. Prompt, professional, and friendly. A rarity nowadays. The food was great. 4 of us shared much on the menu which was all great. The tartar was a bit tough...but then, I'm absolutely a tartar perfectionist. We'll be back.

Petite León is a dream of a neighborhood spot. Here’s what I do. I come alone (or maybe, MAYBE bring a friend). I sit at the bar. I order the Verde and probably a second one later on. I read a book and think about how much I love south Minneapolis. I order the Crudo and Fry Bread (I’ll dream about both that night). Sometimes I’ll get the tomatoes.

Recommended dishes: broccolini, mussels, chicken, salmon

Food: delicious and flavorful! However, some dishes were too salty, such as the Broccolini and Brick Chicken. That said, I would still recommend those two dishes (my favorites), as well as the mussels. We ordered the heirloom tomatoes as well and it wasn’t a show stopper but it was a refreshing dish. The salmon was delicious as well! The cheesecake was fine, but it is more light and whipped, not a dense...
