Terrible service. They do not answer phone calls during open hours and if they do, they will hang up. I love the food but the service has continuously been so bad I unfortunately won't be returning. I'm very sad about this place going downhill. I used to order takeout pho here twice a week. The prices also went up $5+ a dish overnight bringing them from the best deal in the cities to one of the worst.

Atmosphere is not clean, would rather much like to be able to put my back onto the booth and not have to worry about the cleanliness of the seating. WHITE booths could be easily wiped down by staff but was not. Made me wonder how clean the food would be if area where guest sit and eat isn’t.

Visited labour day evening in search of pho. Fortunately this establishment was open and had exactly what my companion and I wanted. We each got a pho and a spring roll. The portion sizes were good and the taste was great.
I think a lot of their business is take-away/delivery, but the dining area is quite servicable.

Hilton/Uber Eats - Most of the pork was FAT (pic). I have NEVER-EVER experienced such LOW QUALITY FOOD from a Vietnamese restaurant. Vermicelli noodle was actually thin spaghetti, spring rolls fell apart instantly & fish sauce spilled all over the bag.
I see why it's the best Pho in Minneapolis, tasted so good, I will definitely be back!

I had pho bo vien and it was very good. It was perfect not too salty like other places. I also had avocado smoothie and that was also good. The sweetness was perfect without asking them to put 50 or 75% sugar. The atmosphere was light on a weekend evening. Not too crowded. All in all I would recommend you to try this place.
