I grew up in Vietnam and have been away from the country for 10 years. This is THE BEST Vietnamese restaurant I've found in Minnesota. I've come here 3 times and tried different things. All very authentic. I always look forward to coming back here!

I go here a few times every year for the past 10 years or so. Always great food! So nice to find a place that has vegetarian pho! I usually get the pho chay with tofu. The cream cheese wontons and spring rolls are also to die for!! Service is quick and efficient and I like that they don't really bother you that often and you can have long conversations without being interrupted.

Usually come here and everything was always good until today. Their chicken wings were not a good choice today as raw chicken wings were served. Gross ??…..

This was AMAZING! Took my girlfriend here to eat and everything tasted so great. The broth is to die for and the noodles and meat and everything goes together perfectly. The staff was super friendly and quick. I 110% recommend this place!

in this restaurant number one pho is served like many other restaurants according to the same recipe, the broth is similar to traditional pho soup. If you are a fan of traditional pho then I would rate it from 5 to 5.BIf you want real pho soup, then you should go to this restaurant and order and enjoy a plate of pho soup. I talked to the owners of the place, they once lived in New York, they are very wonderfulThis pho is delicious ?. Traditional soup Pho, you like, so I told you I have been to many suop pho locations in the US. This restaurant has a very tasty bowl of soup number one is very old, it reminds of an eighties cafe inside, everything is old and you really understand that you are in Vietnam, but the taste and you have this soup pho soup in this restaurant is special, incomparable with other restaurants, , and you will not regret after that you will again want to return to this restaurant to try this wonderful and delicious soup. On, but this is personal was friendly, and nice, restroom clean and every clean. I am approved and recommend this pho restaurant.

Decided to try out a new Pho spot tonight which I love doing. And most places do Pho very well, but not here. Noodles and beef taste old. Broth is pretty bland, and has an overall taste of cardboard. I’m not usually a harsh critique but this place is not good. Pho 79 down the road is the a lot better, and they give you much more food.

Perfect for those cold Minnesota days! Vietnamese soup dishes are the speciality of this restaurant. The staff are always so nice! My favorite is Pho Ga Chicken Soup.

Came in here for some good pho and a nice study spot and I was not dissatisfied! I was greeted with great and quick service when I sat down, and the food did not take long at all. Great price for some good pho!! Definitely coming back here

Pho Hoa is the place. The place for the BEST cold weather comfort food in Minneapolis. The soup is just incredible-homemade, warming, full of meat/noodles/veggies. Absolutely get the cream cheese wontons too-so much cream cheese inside, and crispy on the outside!! Thai tea is also incredible and I crave it!! The service is so friendly and incredibly fast. The place is so casual and the perfect place to meet friends!! This place also has a PARKING LOT!! For eat street, this is a game changer. You have to go here. One of the hidden gems of the twin cities!!
