The pizza was a little cold but the biggest disappointment was the dessert. I ordered the ultimate cookie the first thing i noticed was that it was cut into slices at all. But the taste was worst. It was undercooked and honestly tasted freezer burnt. Very dissatisfied with my order this time

Very poor service. As a person from out of state, this experience was horrendous. I asked about their specials to see if they were similar to my area, the Asian male was rude. I ordered my food and after ordering my food he handed the special I was asking about to another customer. Hence me saying that’s is what I was asking you about I want to change my order. He yelled and said it was too late. My husband was outside and I asked for my money back and to cancel my order. He yelled and said he couldn’t do it because his manager will be mad at him. To which I told him “I do not care, your service is horrible and I don’t want to spend my money with this establishment.” He took my receipts and threw them in the trash, began refunding my money Instead of putting it on the counter he proceeded to throw the money ( dollars and coins) at me. My son yelled at him to stop disrespecting his mother. I simply said please don’t throw money at me to which slammed the rest on the countertop. As we exited the establishment he yelled “Don’t come back!” This was VERY unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. The owner of this establishment obviously does not have trainings or hold their employees accountable because this employee felt way too comfortable behaving in this manner.

Never again will I go here and I don’t recommend anyone to support such a poor managed business.

Food here was not good. Barely any toppings on the pizza and the breadsticks were gross. Marinara had a weird taste. Don’t bother eating here. Better off going to dominos.

Sent the wrong wings, impossible to correct through Instacart (camera icon didn't work & no option to upload pictures)trying to communicate with the store directly is far too time-consuming for something that should be corrected & compensated immediately-NOT A CREDIT FOR A FUTURE ORDER

I asked that my pizza was cooked well-done and when I got my two pizzas the bottom of the crust was soft and to me uncooked.

Stood at the front of the store for about 10 minutes. Called out for any sign of human life to get assistance and nobody came up. I called the store phone 4 times while standing in the store thinking that would give the employee a que to come answer the phone. Nope... nothing. Doing this review in the store. Off to Domino's I guess

Pizza Hut had this "new menu" so I thought I would buy pizza for my hardworking staff. What a mistake that was! I bought the spicy chicken sausage pizza, pesto margherita pizza and a large three topping pizza. What a waste of money! I have never tasted such horrible pizza. When the pizza arrived it was cold. There was no sauce or cheese on this pizza. The pesto margherita pizza had no pesto. Actually, it didn't even taste anywhere near what a margherita pizza is supposed to taste like. Definitely needed something to wash this dry stuff down. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

how can I rate the place when I can't even place the order? It just spins after I click my purchase and goes back to the same page. I completely overt. You just cost your drivers $20 for a $30 pizza. Close your business get out of uptown. you don't offer a service. You're not a business. I called the store and with no duress from me I just asked if I could order a pizza over the phone and I was hung up on. I am going to contact my local business license bureau. Display should not only not be allowed to sell food they should not be allowed to have a business license. They are selling a product. They are not delivering. They are not talking to their customers. What are they doing there is it a tax rate off? Do not shop here do not buy here do not give them business get them out of uptown. There is something wrong. I'm a professional adult that has an ordered Pizza Hut since college but somethings going on here. You can't even order pizza. You can't talk to an adult. What are they doing? contacted the company now times three and hung up on times three. I am completely calm. I want did an explanation why I can't get the order to go through why it tells me there's an order but I never get the order. After I asked to talk to someone that might be able to explain it to me I was transferred five times and eventually hung up at the uptown location location. This is not a business their license should be revoked.

i am muslim i told them i was they put bacon on my food i tried to call them they kept ending the call on me being disrespectful i told them i need my money this is a horrible place.

The customer support level is terrible from the manager to the crew members. Very rude ghetto nasty attitude individuals. The manager actually argued with me that there wasn’t an order for me when clearly I seen on my statement a charge which took a total a 10 days to be released back to my account but she swore up and down I didn’t have a order very weird atp. The female manager should absolutely be required to look over her training again or find something else to do because chile customer service is not it.
