This Pizza Hut has very poor customer service..the food never comes hot nor fresh when ordered for delivery…they very reluctant to give you a refund…I have never met a restaurant that makes u wait a week to refund you when the food was cold and gross…it got to the point where I just said forget the refund and just will never ever eat nor refer that restaurant ever in life again

Update: a complained to the Pizza Hut support center and a manger called me and set up a second delivery (remake) 3 days after my original order. Everything arrived on time this time but I am only giving three starrs now because it should not be like that.Like many people who have left reviews here, I ordered and never received my order. I ordered pizza and melts at 11:01 pm. Around 11:20 pm I got a notification on the app that it was out for delivery. I went downstairs at 11:26 pm and waited outside in front of our apartment building until 11:50 pm when I started calling the Hennepin location to see where the driver is. i called several times until someone answered and told me that the driver came to my residence and no one was here and went back to the store and if I wanted my food I had 10 minutes to come and pick it up but there's no way I could get there in 10 minutes so I told them that and asked for a refund and he started telling me that they had pictures of the entrance to the building and the driver tried to get buzzed in. I told them I was out front and no one came here and took pictures and there is no record on our building security of anyone trying to get buzzed in st that tine but the store still refuses to refund me.

I give Pizza Hut on this location 2313 Hennepin a bad review poor customer service a rip off took my money didn’t deliver my food. I tried calling them back. They block my number, so yeah, this Pizza Hut is very terrible. I would never ever ever get anything from my hope is people see this review see how terrible this place is they have rats and roaches.

Very disappointed, customer service was very poor, the pizza box was greasy, pizza cold, I ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi I was given a Dr Pepper, and I didn’t discover that I had the wrong soda until I got home, and I had to wait for the customer service guy to come in from the outside from somewhere. I would never use this Pizza Hut again. Pitiful customer service and customer service staff
